  Don’t waste your time, with a signed contract, everyday answer will be “TOMORROW “ like a joke. Not that good in work but very good with talking. I wasted at least 6months or more.

  This company installed the original roof on the home I purchased in 2021. Catastrophic leak from small flat roof area a month later. Took them 3 months and 3 repair attempts to correct the issue due to their lack of responsiveness. Same flat roof area leaked again this past December. After their first repair attempt leaked, I hired a different roofing company to strip and reroof this problem area. Two other roofing contractors said all the repairs done were of poor quality and temporary in nature.

  Called to get an estimate on my roof for broken tiles and some mastic cracking where the tiles meet at peaks. Made appointment which was canceled 30 minutes prior to the appointment. They said he would come out the following day instead March 22. Stephen Stanfield came the following day and did an inspection and we were told that we would receive an estimate in the following days. We never received an email so I contacted TORC and spoke with Tacey on March 29, she said they only write up estimates on Wednesdays and Fridays and that she would follow up with Stephen and get back to me. She then said because he missed a day of work he was behind and didn't know when he would get to our estimate. I waited another week and still nothing, I called Tacey again and she said the estimate still wasn't completed and she had no idea of when Stephen was going to complete it. Today is 4/18/2022 and still no estimate or paperwork was ever received. Cleary they don't need or want my business. If you are reading this review, don't waste your time with The Original Roofing Company (TORC). So unprofessional!

  Getting a new roof is major! However, when you work with a company like The Original Roofing Company you know exactly what to expect and how long it will take. If I had a question I got an answer right away either from the office or the onsite team. And, very important, they left my property spotless and did an exemplary job! Thank you to Jose, Kimberly and the rest of the TORC team. If you're looking for a professional and efficient roofing company, give these guys a call. Here are some before and after shots. There was a lot of wind damage and missing shingles. Look at that beautiful new roof!!!

  My wife Jill and I have worked with many contractors over the years, and it’s not often that a company truly stands out. The Original Roofing Company (TORC) absolutely did. We value long-term quality and doing things the right way, and from the initial inspection through completion, it was clear that TORC operates with that same philosophy. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship are exceptional. Jameson, who served as the estimator and supervisor, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and clearly took ownership of the project. It was evident throughout that he was focused on delivering a high-quality, lasting result. Filiberto and the crew were just as impressive. They were incredibly polite, worked very neatly, and showed real pride in their work. The respect they showed for both the project and our property did not go unnoticed. The roof sealing and maintenance work was completed with a level of precision and craftsmanship that reflects a team committed to durability and long-term performance, not shortcuts. We have high expectations when it comes to quality and professionalism, and TORC exceeded them. This was truly a top-tier experience for both of us, and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

  Had $1600 roof repair. Made payment arrangements in advance. When the job was complete the work was amazing. However, next day on my way topay for the job as arranged, I received a certified letter in the mail with "INTENT TO LIEN" notice. They threatened a new customer with a line even though payment received as arranged the day after work was completed. I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. This is just rude and very poor Customer service!!!!!
