Buyer Beware: Thought the project manager assigned was courteous, many employees were apparently just terminated with work now handled primarily by sub contractors. You’ll hear “we have the best subs” but don’t believe it. Some stone and plumbing tasks had never been attempted previously before by these subs. Would not leave our projects to rookies again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry that you’re experienced did not meet the standards we strive to provide. After investigating the issue on your project, we discovered that the contractor we assigned to perform portions of the Work was not honest with us about is capability on the specific project. As a result, we made a decision to terminate that Contractor. Most importantly, we brought in a new contractor to correct the issues and ensure the work was completed properly. While we regret that this situation occurred, we took immediate action to make it right and to prevent similar issues from happening on future projects. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve And we thank you for giving us the opportunity to resolve the situation

Had a scheduled appointment set up with them. They no-showed and never called to cancel. When I contacted them, they informed me they had another appointment. Totally unprofessional!

Dreadful experience! The quality of work is even worse! I would stay far away from this company! Follow up and oversight is nonexistent. They are very hard on the upsell and stating that they can do all work needed. I will also be filing a complaint with the Nevada state board of contractors!

Great experience with Gurr Construction of Las Vegas replacing our flooring. John was our main contact and provided great communication throughout the process. Scheduling was timely, and he was especially helpful in selecting our flooring and identifying the best options. The crew did excellent work, and we are very happy with the final results!
