  and those stars are for Victor and John, they reached out to solve the problem but nothing much was done. Jason said the roof would look its been prepared, shingles blend in, but it looks as if i had gotten someone off the street could have done a better caring job. I would not recommend them to any one.   Hello, I apologize for the delay in our arrival. Sometimes our technicians do run into delays from one appointment to the next which are unavoidable. This can be due to unexpected discoveries while on the roof. What I can say, is that our technicians do not like to rush from one job to the next, giving each client and their roof all of the time that they deserve in order to properly diagnose. Unfortunately this does result in longer appointment times and delays. I sincerely apologize for the experience that you had. We look forward to a much speedier repair process for you!

  Disorganized, has office staff that do not pay attention to detail in jobs. They call and spam the wrong people, when told the number is wrong, they call again and leave threats on voice mails about liens. Please consider training your staff better. Requests for information or pictures of completed work get ingnored, their attitude is them first, they do not prioritize the customer. The NRC should audit their business practices. Be wary when choosing this company.

  Worst company ever, they kept claming the foam machine was breaking down and Rescheduled me for a Different day twice and on top of that the vender victor over charge for a terrible job

  Wasted my time. Had to request whoe day of from work because the window for someone to come out was 6 hrs and then they didn't even want to do the work.

  Absolutely horrible. Tried to delay 3 weeks from when they said they would repair. Rude owners and very arrogant !

  PRS did work on my roof 4 years ago and now e have a leak on a flat section of the roof which is covered by their 5 year warranty. However, they have not been responsive, have not been able to fix the leak, and water keeps dripping in through the window. Very unprofessional services.

  A neighbor sent me a picture of my roof showing what appeared to be missing tiles. I contacted PRS Roofing and they came out to check it out the very next morning. They confirmed the appt. by text and a phone call that morning. Their rep arrived on time and immediately went to work checking it out. I heard footsteps and hammering for a few minutes and then the rep was back with me reporting what he found. Seems the solar people used two tiles to hold a panel in place temporarily but never put the tiles back in place. He secured everything for me, free of charge. I can't remember the last time something like that ever happened! I would highly recommend you contact them for any roofing issues

  Wonderful experience from getting an estimate to the billing. They say what they do and do what they say! The estimator made sure to approach this 30 year old roof very conservatively and didn’t try to gouge me.

  The best in the city. Have use PRS for many years and everyone from estimators, to labor, and office personal are helpful, courteous, and pleasant to work with. Timely updates were provided and quite honestly, it was almost effortless on my part as the consumer. Will always use and refer them.

  I can’t say enough good things about Professional Roofing Services. From start to finish, this team was exceptional. They worked with my timing, communicated clearly every step of the way, and handled a complex and delicate situation with professionalism and care. Any concerns or escalations I had were addressed quickly and respectfully—no runaround, no frustration, just solutions. What really stood out was the consistency across the entire team: -Reception set the tone with responsiveness and kindness -Brandon in Sales was knowledgeable, transparent, and easy to work with -Paige in AR made the financial side smooth and straightforward -Cyndi in Scheduling kept everything organized and on track -Eric in Inspection was thorough, professional, and detail-oriented They also extended a veteran’s discount, which meant a lot to me and really reflects the kind of company they are.
