  Hey Reianna. So sorry to hear about what happened. Definitely not like us to drop communication like that. Definitely wasn’t intentional. Our owner lost his mother last week and we’ve been playing a lot of catch up. Since. We do sincerely apologize.

  This is third time dude was supposed to show up first time my husband had to call and ask if he was still coming and was rescheduled to the next day in which the guy was late (no communication of running behind) then told that the date of today was set for full roof inspection and never showed up or communicated.

  Hello Megan! We are sorry about missing the appointment today. We did communicate to your husband that our inspector had a flat tire and asked if we could reschedule to Thursday. He replied back saying, “He understands but is going with another company.” I’m so sorry for missing.

  That Roof Dude installed home roof and 2metal roofs. Built a new chimney! Excellent workmanship. Buy what impressed me is the character of the owner Santiago. He’s honest and wants it done right. Don’t always find that and I highly recommend them without question.

  Worked with AJ. Was able to come out same day as initial call to take a look. He placed a Tarp during initial visit. Within 24hrs had a proposal for work and was ready to get scheduled.

  We had a wonderful experience with The Roof Dude after a destructive hail storm. From start to finish, he and his crew were kind, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything was completed quickly without cutting corners. It’s hard to find contractors who are both professional and genuinely caring, but The Roof Dude was exactly that. We’re so grateful for the beautiful new roof and highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done!
