The majority of our work comes from referrals, insurance agent relationships, yard signs, repeat customers, and word-of-mouth recommendations. It's possible that the individual who knocked on your door was not affiliated with our company.   Employees in Company trucks shouldn't be rude and disrespectful in a fastfood drive through because the line isn't moving as fast as they think it should. Horrible look for the company. If that's how their employees act, I'd recommend finding a different company.

  Review updated (9/9/2025)..... I stand by my original post of a 5-star rating. I have changed it to a 2-star rating because I can't get them to follow up with needed repairs. I was very pleased with the roofing job. Since my original post we had a leak. No big deal. That happens. However, it took 6 weeks to get someone out to fix the leak. The leak did cause some discoloration on the ceiling in our kitchen. Now I am struggling to get someone out to paint our ceiling. I would still use them again, but why is it so difficult to get these repairs scheduled? Original post....... We have an old (1905) farm house. Wrap around porch on 3 sides. Upper and lower levels. Not square. A challenge at times. I am very happy with the entire process from Eaton Roofing. Inspection/evaluation (Morgan), Insurance, Installation (Estephen), Clean-up. I live over an hour outside of Wichita. They were efficient. They paid attention to details. I have only picked up a couple pieces of trash since they left. I would DEFINITELY use them again.

  I gave Eaton Roofing a 2 because of the wording in their contract. In the fine print it says not responsible for damage to concrete, yet in another part it says you have to give access to the driveway. If you're not going to warranty the concrete, you're not bringing your heavy trucks and trailers on my driveway. Also it says leftover shingles belong to them. Wrong again. The insurance company paid for them and the leftover bundles go in my shed in case of future minor repairs. I can't really judge the quality of their actual Roofing because I didn't have them do the job. I found a company that stayed off my drive and left the extra shingles. Lesson here: Read the fine print on contracts before signing.

  Be sure to check inside your wood stove/fireplace flues after getting roof replaced. One of ours was unattached and the other was close to the same. They did fix, just trying to prevent home fire/smoke damage for the next person. Had 2 nails poke through kids shoes so they did have to come back and run a magnet over yard.

The flu pipe disconnection we're glad you brought to our attention, we send out our check the HVAC warning disclaimer at the end of every job for this exact circumstance. We aren't always aware of what can happen below the roof line. We feel we addressed that properly and timely, if additional attention to the matter is required we'd be glad to further assist. We did run the magnet several times and apologize for the inconvenience the roofing nails caused, we'd be glad to come back and run the magnet again if necessary. We are grateful for the opportunity to work for you, if you need anything at all we're here for the life of your home.

  Jack is nice and personable while bidding and doing your job, but after you've paid them and find out they billed you for non-insurance approved work, they refuse to reimburse you for work they did that was not approved. From nice and personable, Jack becomes rude, crude, and downright nasty. There are plenty of other roofers to chose from. I'll never use Eaton Roofing again! I suggest you go elsewhere, too. They are NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

  Should really tell your employees not to tail gate people in a company truck in bad weather, then slam on their brakes while passing slow vehicles and then pulling off onto a side road and getting out and flipping people off. Very unprofessional and will be telling people not to use you. Oh this was 2/15/21 on MacArthur coming from Cheney

  Chris, this seems to be a misunderstanding. The driver's intention was to to talk to you. He wanted to clear the air and be courteous, not to be dangerous or rude. He was not flipping you off, but raised his hands to try to get you to pull over as well. We always strive to be safe drivers and are deeply sorry if you felt unsafe this morning.

  Working with Eaton Roofing was such a pleasure I'm a little bummed out that I don't have more work to give them. Estimate was quick and fair, repairs were higher quality than I expected, customer service was amazing. I've never dealt with a company who told they're not in a rush to get the invoicing done because they'd rather make sure the repair was solid as we had more inclement weather that week. Very rarely do I walk into a business compliment how nice it looks and know that it is 100% deserved.

  My home was hit with hail. My home needed screens, window trim, guttering and a new roof. The work was completed in stages. Each crew that came out to do the repairs were very nice and did professional work. I had a lot of questions. Eaton answered my questions, informed me of the progress for repairs and calmed my worries. Eaton is flexible and helps customers through the process of door ng repair work. I am so happy my insurance company recommended Eaton to do all the repairs. A big Thank you to Michele (office) for helping me understand the insurance process

  Eaton replaced our roof and gutters this year following the crazy hail storm that hit September 2025. Curt was so nice and easy to work with, went over all the details concerning the insurance inspection and repairs. They did a great job from start to finish, even came out to check the work after it was completed. Professional and so helpful!

  Our Insurance agent actually recommended having Eaton Roofing provide our estimate after the big hail storm in 2025. Travis Roberts did the estimate and impressed us so much we scheduled the work with them. It was going to be done several months later due to the backlog, but then we got a call and they worked us in much sooner than anticipated. The roofers were done in one day and the guttering done within a couple of days of the roof. The roof and guttering both look fantastic. We are extremely pleased with the entire process. Eaton will be our go-to and we are recommending them to all our friends.

  Eaton Roofing replaced our roof several years ago after hail totaled it, and they did a wonderful job then. So when a tree limb too close to the house rubbed against the peak of the roof (stupid pear trees and Kansas wind), damaging the shingles there, I had no questions about who to call. They responded quickly and the crew had the repairs done within a couple of hours, again with professionalism.
