  My elderly parents needed their roof and gutters replaced and asked me for help finding someone. I contacted Farha, and what I thought would be a seamless experience turned into a 6 month long headache. It started fine, they replaced the roof then immediately sent the invoice, to which I paid. The gutters were supposed to be replaced next, but a month had passed and our project manager stopped communicating and would not return my calls and text messages. Therefore, I decided to cancel the gutter replacement with Farha and a different company completed the work within a week. Nearly 3 months later, Farha contacted me claiming I still owed money. We went back and forth for the next several days and they kept changing their story. They could not give me a clear answer as to how much I still owed and why. So, I requested a final detailed invoice which took nearly a month before I received it, and it was incorrect because it included a gutter replacement. At this point nothing had been resolved and we learned there was a massive leak in the roof. I requested they fixed it but a month passed and again they stopped responding. Finally, their service superintendent, Jeff took over and the roof was fixed within a week. Working with Jeff was great and he’s why I gave 2 stars. Overall working with Farha was not a good experience and I am glad it’s finally over.

  The quality of work was fine however the communication was really lacking. There was no heads up both days they came to work, a brick was broken on the house and it took reaching out multiple times over a couple weeks to get a response (they did fix it in the end.) Nothing against the quality of the work just very disappointed in the communication all around.

  I had one small leak around a skylight. Guy came over and didn't even climb up there to inspect it. He says we need a whole new trim kit and he was absolutely wrong. He then said we need a whole new roof when there is no other leaks or hail damage at all. I just want a bead of caulking so then he says he would charge$600 just to do that. Get off my roof if you are inept and blatantly trying to rip me off! So I called a friend and he sent his guy over and he gets up there and finds one exposed nail and caulks it in 5 minutes for free.

  Roofers came out to patch my roof in December, for $2000. They did it wrong. They came back out in may, told me to submit a claim to my insurance so they could do a full roof coating, which was denied. So now I have to figure out how to fix it myself. They didn’t even offer to fix the problem they didn’t fix before.

  Look the way that I look at this is that if you jump on the bandwagon of bad weather, like everyone else is knocking on peoples doors advertising by way Illicit text or unwanted text however you want to word it you must be as criminal as the way all these people who are knocking on doors getting on peoples roofs without asking and giving them inflated quotes only to collect a deposit and runoff I wouldn’t use You guys if you guys were paying me to put on my roof and I don’t recommend anyone else do either

  DO NOT USE! They replaced my 16 year old roof year or so ago. Now have two water spots inside house. Called to have them come check. They said it’s not there issue, blamed siding. I hire a roofer to come out and he finds where they did not install right around flashings. Call farha back, the lady said I should have hired their service dept for warranty work!! And since I hired someone else nothing they can do. I’m called them first!! They blew me off. Was I just supposed to let leak in my house and ruin my ceiling.

  I am unsure how this company got my number but I received an unsolicited text message which was a request to give an estimate for our roof. They had my name and tried to seem familiar. That isn't a way I prefer to do business.

  For someone I care about, I would not recommend using this company. The owners run a shady business and are not to be trusted.

  We at Farha Roofing take our business reputation seriously. In the past, Farha Roofing asked you to provide more detail surrounding your negative business transaction with us. We are not able to find you in our system as ever receiving a roofing job or bid from Farha Roofing. This negative review appears to be part of a concerted effort led by one former employee to damage our reputation. We are pursuing all legal remedies available to us.   Justin Petty, remember that name, Justin Perry. My dog got loose and he brought her back, I asked him if he would take a look at a loose/missing shingle to tell me what kind they are so I could replace it. Justin insisted on getting out his ladder, nailed the shingle back up caulked it in 100% heat and only would accept a cold sparking water for his efforts. If/when I need a roof, they will be the first one I call.

  I was very impressed with Andrew Stroothoff and his customer service. He informed me step by step of the process and answered all my questions in an expedited manner. I have already recommended him to several people. The crew that did the roofing were efficient and cleaned up very well. Faha Roofing impressed me.

  Beau Canova was able to schedule an appointment within a couple business days. He kept me informed about his arrival at my house and was very professional, once he was at the house. He gave me a very honest assessment of the roof damage, and explained the options. With that interaction, I certainly recommend Farha.

  Farha Roofing replaced my roof due to storm damage and were amazing! Austin Brown worked with me and was very knowledgeable, responsive and helpful from the initial inspection to addressing insurance requirements and the installation. The roofers arrived early and stayed late to complete the install in 1 day! Exceptional customer service and expertise!

  We live on the West side of Wichita and the last storm with hail we had damage to our roof and Farha Roofing was in the area and checked our roof and sure enough damage was seen and we set up a date to get it done. They were great to work with and got the job done in good time and cleaned up after. We are very pleased with the crew and just want them to know that. Thank you Farha Roofing. The Hutcherson's

  In this age of “AI” and impersonal customer service, Justin P, project manager at Farha’s stood head and shoulders above the rest not only was he always quick to respond to my every question, but because of poor communication problems with my real estate agent , we were faced with a very quick turnaround for my roof to get done BEFORE closing. Justin called in a dedicated crew who started at 6:45 am. Saturday morning and worked non stop for 8 hours to finish my 1500 sq ft house, my 1100 sq ft townhouse apartment attached to my house (which I was selling) and a 500 sq ft detached double car garage. ALL beautifully done, even including lawn cleanup and packing up their equipment by 3:45 pm.!!! NOW THAT’S WHAT I CALL SERVICE!!! If you are in need of a NEW roof, be SURE to give Justin a CALL !!!! I Highly RECOMMEND!!!!
