  I have never left a review on any business in my life. I originally spoke to Bradley on June 22 and he came out and looked at my roof for some repair work on June 30. He sent me a quote I signed it and agreed to the work and was told the materials had been ordered and he would reach out to me within a weeks. On July 28 he did not answer my call as no one had reached out to me. I then called the office and spoke to the receptionist who checked and said they would reach out to me within the week. Today on August 14 I reached out again and once again Bradley did not answer the call during his business hours and I spoke again to the front desk. She put me on hold and spoke to several unnamed people and stated that they were unsure when they would be able to schedule me and never had known despite sending me agreements to sign and claiming to have ordered materials which made me want to be patient as I believed they had invested money into the agreement. It is unfortunate that many co tractors develop bad reputations but this had been the worst experience I have had in four decades of life. They strung me along with a leaking roof for nearly 2 months with no plan to actually do the work they agreed upon. I would not recommend this conpany to anyone.

  Getting harassed like crazy by this company! Daily calls and text messages. Insanity. Had they given me time to finalize some things with insurance (get ducks in a row) and to sit down and be able to call, they could have gotten my business. Absolutely insane to call and text someone daily - leave a voicemail and send a text and let it go for a bit. If someone wants to use your services, they will contact you. Suggest against giving this company your information.

  My mother and father in law used this company and it was over 6 months before they came out. They messed up the roof on the shed and didn't do the work they agreed to do and had to be called out to correct it. Then had to be called back out because they messed up the guttering and that had to be fixed. Now there is a leak around 2 exhaust fans and the roof is not even a year old. Each time they have had to come back there is no urgency, they refuse to tell you when they will come out and numerous calls have to be made to get them out.

  It’s crazy I look at all these great reviews and I wish. This was my experience this is possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company and it was every step of the way from nails and shingles just left and never picked up me messaging my sales person 3 different dates and nothing happening and the roofers not sealing around pipes so I had water damage and now it’s been months and they are sending people that don’t seem to know about mold or I feel like they are trying to to do the absolute least amount of work this has been since November btw I stayed off the internet didn’t make a big deal about it but what it comes down to to is we did our part which is pay you and you haven’t done your part at all I want my house back to normal how it was before I hired ar roofing and they sent some random subcontractor who showed up started at 2 pm and worked in the dark until 7 So no wonder nothing was cleaned up at this point I’m questioning if the entire job was done correctly at this point but hey oh well they got paid so who cares if my upstairs restroom is full of mold it’s not their problem and the saddest part is I chose this company based off a referral from a friend whose wife works at the company I thought that was going to offer peace of mind but here we are

  Mr. Sisneros, we acknowledge that there was a leak after we installed the roof, and this leak was fixed promptly. There have been no leaks since we fixed the leak in November. We know that interior damage can happen as a result of roof leaks, and it is our desire to take care of any complaints that are within reason. We sent our interior repair crew to your home to inspect the damage in your bathroom, and he gave us a quote to fix all damage incurred during the leak, including the drywall and any affected insulation. These repairs are always done at no expense to you. You rejected the contractor’s estimate and had your own contractor give you a quote. You have the right to get an estimate for repair, but not when it includes a full bathroom remodel. For example, your contractor’s quote included new backsplash, a new glass door for the shower, a full shower kit, hardware for the shower, and extensive electrical work (including a new light fixture, exhaust fan, and wiring work). These areas are not in the vicinity of the once-off leak. It is important to note that there is currently no extraction fan installed in the bathroom. When you came into the office to voice your concerns, we expressed that we would be more than willing to send another interior repair specialist to investigate. We agreed to work around your schedule, which only allowed us one day a week to assess damages. This morning, we arrived at our scheduled time to investigate the repairs necessary. You pointed out mold on your shower ceiling, which you said you have cleaned off but it comes right back. We informed you that without any type of vent/exhaust in the small bathroom, the possibility that the mold would continue to come back is high, even if we had removed and replaced the damaged ceiling and insulation. In order to fully assess the extent of the once-off leak, we asked you to allow us into your attic space. You denied us access and asked us to leave before we could thoroughly investigate the e

  Had a leak on my roof, insurance paid decided to use A-R. Took them 6 months to do it. They assessed the roof and suggested the fix. 2 weeks before they finally decided to do it the guy in contact with me called and said we would be out tomorrow can you give me a check. I told him I would pay over the phone with CC. Next week, a week before he called and asked if I would give him a check again I told him I was paying with a CC when it wad completed. The day before again he asked for a check, annoyed I said I would pay half now and the other half when done. So I paid half, and the next day when they finished he called and asked for payment. I said I wanted to inspect it then I would pay other half. I went on my roof and they didn't do half of it. So I called and sent pictures and a few days later they did the part they missed. Other than 1 6x6 foot area which was weird. Fast foward a year it's leaking again, same place. I go on the roof and there are blisters and holes in the flat part of the roof they fixed. Took 6 weeks for him to come access again and tells me it's coming from the 6x6 part they didn't do last time. And wants to charge $1600 to do it. I feel like they should have done it the 1st time and to charge am I don't want to do it price when they have to come out to warranty the stuff they did is upsetting. Bad customer service from start to finish.

  Most roofing companies are similar because they outsource the job. A and R roofing came back with the most competitive price and the business pitch sounded good. It got complicated and things started to get shady with respect to the deduction and what the final cost was. When we raised our concerns the finance person said he would have to tell our insurance company about how A and R roofing credited us our deduction if we had a complaint, insinuating that we had somehow done something wrong. This was something which they provided a form for calling it a “sign credit“. Sleazy business practices. We will never use them again nor would I recommend them to anybody else.

  Josh did a great job getting my quote and paperwork out around my schedule. He kept me in the loop on when roofers would start on the job in Stafford and they were right on time getting it done. I was working long distance but Josh made it easy.

  Great experience. Josh provided a quick and fare estimate and stayed in touch throughout the process. The installers started and finished the job in less than a day and did a great job of cleaning up when they were done. Definitely will call A-R Rooing in the future.
