I called to have my eavestroughs repaired and was immediately dismissed, somewhat gruffly, and with no proper explanation.

Not sure who you are but normally people leave reviews for work that we have done . Please let us know who you are and if you require assistance . I'm sorry we were unable to assist you, however I did tell you that we are booked into December, and we have no one available to do repairs as all employees are on re roofs or new construction jobs. If we took every small job that came up we would work our selves to death, we are sorry you have leaky gutters but their are plenty of other companies that possibly could assist you. Good luck

Rude to the customer. I would give this a zero star. Learn how to talk to your customer kindly.

This customer was quite demanding for two free estimates for metal and shingle she also prompted to make sure they were free. After finding out they did not own The home, and are in negotiations to buy the house, and fishing for numbers to lower the sale. We are super busy, and working on two free quotes towards a project such as this we normally never get, is a conflict of our time.

Over the past few years we have been renovating the exterior of our home, and the last piece was the replacement of our 26 year old roof. We researched several roofing companies in January 2026 and narrowed our selection down to three local companies to receive quotes from. As we live in a duplex structure our neighbour sat down with us and helped compile several questions regarding the product, company history, warrantees etc. We then scheduled times for dialog and estimates to be done. Making a longer story shorter, we were in total agreement with using Trevor at TF Roofing. His estimate was not the lowest, but his knowledge, attention to detail, a transferrable warrantee, the business history, the fact that he works exclusively along side his own team, and has a seniors discount were just some of the deciding factors in our decision. He also left a sample book with us at the time of the estimate that gave all the details of the different types of roofing materials and how they compared. He gave us an approximate start date of mid-July. True to his word, work commenced on our 6,000 square foot roof 13 July 2026. As anyone in the Vernon area can attest the weather in July was extremely hot with afternoon temperatures reaching into the high 30's. Trevor was very conscientious about shutting the work down when the temperatures became unsafe for his workers. The men all had the required safety gear and made use of drop cloths to protect our deck and plantings. They were also good about cleaning up around the jobsite at the end of day. They had a secure trailer with all their equipment and supplies parked in the driveway as seen in the attached pictures. Work was completed 21 July 2026. Trevor was very easy to communicate with, either in person at the jobsite , by phone or by email. He provided us with a detailed invoice and his own 15 yr workmanship guarantee along with the product guarantee. I believe the job took a bit longer than expected mostly due to th

Excellent workmanship. Honest company. Gave me a quote for some unexpected sheeting and realized he under quoted by a lot. Still honoured his quote and took the loss.

We recently had our entire roof replaced by TFRoofing and the experience was fantastic!! From the initial consultation, Trevor was professional and transparent providing a clear quote with no hidden fees. The crew arrived right on time each day, worked diligently, and were very respectful of our property and landscaping. Trevor took the time to explain any hidden issues before proceeding with repairs. He was very honest, professional and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent and we were made to feel very confident with the scope of work that needed to be done. We also had a roof built over our back deck. Trevor recommended a builder that works with cedar and the end result is stunning! The new build is made with cedar posts and cedar soffits and matches our home perfectly. It looks spectacular…we could not be more pleased! Trevor’s crew then did the new roof to match the rest of the roof replacement. Our home looks AMAZING!!! Their clean-up process at the end of every day was immaculate! It was an excellent experience. TFRoofing is a very trustworthy company offering a very fair price point, peace of mind and above and beyond work ethic. We highly recommend TFRoofing for any roofing project! Five plus stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you Kathy for the great review. We try our best to provide honest pricing, to what type of work is involved for each project. It is concerning to hear of the price gouging other companys get away with, when insurance company's are involved. We can only hope that people like yourself do their own homework and catch them in the act. We thank you for the buisness and hope you have a great rest of the year. Kindest Regards Tfroofing

We highly recommend TFRoofing. Their quote was the only one that listed all the products that would be used on our roof. Trevor answered all our questions both during the quoting process and through the roofing work. Trevor and his crew did an excellent job on the roof and cleanup and we are very pleased with the result.
