We have a 'no solicitation' sign at the base of our driveway and another on the front door and yet somehow your Sales person thought it was a good idea to ignore our request and try to sell to Us while we enjoy the peace, quiet, and privavcy of our home. Dude. 🫠🤦🏻‍♀️🫠 …

Hi Teresa, We take this kind of feedback seriously. Our team is instructed not to knock on doors where there are “No Solicitation” signs, and what’s described here doesn’t reflect our standard practices. We were not able to identify a confirmed interaction at your property, but we’ll continue reinforcing our approach internally to ensure we’re being respectful in every situation. If you’re open to sharing more details, we’d welcome the opportunity to look into this further. – Blue Jay Roofing

did my place in 2024, still waiting for warrantee papers! They ruined the masonry flashing. They used cheap tape on all the exhaust vents through the roof, the high temperatures caused the tape to fail so all ducts fell off into the insulation... Vuelo Nocturno

Avoid this company. My parents live in Gallaghers Canyon and the workers from Blue Jay roofing were not supervised and had no safety gear on, ever.

Hi Ryan. I am sorry but we haven’t done any work to you specifically and reviews are supposed to be for people who only we have done work for. We always strive to wear all the safety equipments specifically since we have a great relationship with WorkSafe BC.

We just had our roof re-shingled by Blue Jay Roofing. They were very good at communicating with us regarding start day, if there were any delays or any other change. They were on time every day, worked diligently all day, and cleaned up after themselves each day. They are all polite and friendly. Would recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done.

My wife and I just bought our first home and needed to get the roof replaced immediately. From the first time I called Blue Jay Roofing to the end of the project, Nelson and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Competitive pricing, quality work and easy to communicate with. They even left my porch and yard cleaner than they found it! If you need a new roof, you can't go wrong with Blue Jay Roofing.
