  Hey Corrie, Haha, you got us fair and square. 😅 You called Monday about your roof leak, we said we'd stop by, and then we completely dropped the ball. No excuses....that's not the small town service we strive for. As for the "shady contractor" comment... I've got a buddy who runs a roofing company in Vancouver. I might have to ask him if they really exist up there. 😂 Glad you found someone to get the leak looked after, and thanks for keeping us honest. Corey Advantage Roofing Ltd.

  Hi there, I contacted Advantage Roofing to have our house’s roof re-roofed. Initially they were quick and provided a quote within a couple days. The quote however was nearly double what other quotes were. When I inquired about the quote as there was nothing more than a price on it, no additional information about what we would be paying for or a breakdown of the quote, i was met with silence for 3 emails. I followed up again and they stated “Yes I received your email” and nothing more. When I asked the questions again, they said “We don't break down the estimate. It is what it is.” Incredibly unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend them. I hope that it is just one employee and not the companies ideals to treat customers like they have.

  My own exp was poor. He came out and took a look. Was told i would receive a estimate by email. Didn't receive a email. So i emailed and no response. So i emailed again the following week with no response. I will not recommend to anyone. Poor customer service.

  Took forever to get an estimate, at the end they weren't interested because I had someone else put the ice shield on the roof and there was only 300sqft. Which wasn't a big enough job for them...

  Hello Helmut, We apologize that you are not happy with the situation, but because of someone else doing work on your roof it can create a whole host of problems: -Was the ice shield installed correctly? -If someone else other than the roofing contractor installs roofing material on the same project, who's warranty covers the workmanship? Other factors that come into play are: -What brand of Ice shield was used? Roofing manufactures will void the warranty if a competing brand of ice shield is installed. -Was the ice shield applied with a stapler? Staples are not an approved fastener of ice shield. The other issue is that you were asking us to install an incorrect product on a 1:12 pitch roof. The slope is too low for what you where asking us to do. Once again we apologize for not being able to take on your contract, but because of the list of liability issues that you may not have been aware of previous to contacting us, it would have voided all of your warranties and put our company at risk of improper installation. We wish you well in your search for an installer.

  We recently used Advantage roofing to replace our existing shingle roof. Over the past 12 years the shingles were continuously being blown off in very heavy winds. From our first conversations with Advantages appraiser his review and our selection of new metal roofing, the cost estimate land then onto the installation of our beautiful new roof, Advantage has been a pleasure to work with. Work was performed on schedule wth the only delays caused by weather conditions the work plan and final cost matched exactly with original proposal and cost estimate. The work on site was done by a truly professional team of friendly hard workers. In the end the work was completed on time and the worksite left completely cleaned like they were never there. I would happily recommend Cory and the Advsntage team to anybody looking to work on their roofing John (Jay) Scott

  We had a roof issue at the family's cabin. They came right away, identified the issue, did a small repair, and then completed a full roof for us. From dealing with the office to the onsite crew they were very professional and completed the job quickly and efficiently. We can Highly recommend them.

  Corey came out last minute, and stayed way longer than he had to, and did an amazing job assessing our roof and going over all the issues we were facing. And their office staff went above and beyond to help calm my nerves and settle my fears. Would DEFINITELY recommend Advantage! THANK YOU!

  I am very satisfied with my experience with Advantage Roofing. The roof quote process was informative and honest. The installers were very professional, courteous and experienced. Attention was paid to even the smallest details. And, the new roof looks fantastic. Thank you Advantage Roofing!

  Advantage Roofing did a great job from start to finish as my roofing contractor for the re-roof of the Mackie Heritage House in Coldstream.
