I had gem qaulity homes build my house they subcontrated part of the siding and roof to artisan roofing .....it is all custom standing seam ...u can see all the scratches and touch up on the siding it does not look good. Plus all the window and punchouts flashings are not matching or looking good. I do not recommend them.

Chris and his team at Artisan installed a Zinco green roof system for Whitfield Construction in Summerland BC. His team is knowlegleable and professional. They showed up on time and did good work. I will be using them again. Give them a call for any of your roofing needs.

We had our rancher shingled and skylights replaced. The roofers were very quick, efficient and worked well together. Communication was great, showed up at scheduled time. Thanks so much for our new quality roof.

Artisan Roofing was totally professional throughout the whole job. It was a total re shingle job on a very challenging roof. The crew was very good and obviously worked well together. The job was done quickly and the site was cleaned right up. The final invoice came in less than the quote which was surprising but very welcome. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Highly recommend Artisan Roofing! Chris and his team ensured we had the roof and shingles that were the best look for our house, attentive to detail and fair honest pricing. The crew were efficient, and hardworking. And when it was all said and done, you would have never known there was a roofing crew on site the days before, it was so clean when they left. Except of course I now have a beautiful new roof to prove it. They even managed to save my gutter-guards and put them back on for me as a finishing touch. Thanks Artisan, job well done!

One of my customers know the folks at Artisan well and referred me to them. I have have never had a referral work out so well. I do not have a negative thing to say about our experience with Artisan. They were very responsive via text, email and phone! They came out to inspect our home within 24 hours of my call to them. They politely answered all of our stupid questions. The work was done within the timeframe prescribed and below budget; below their quoted price!! How often does that happen? I found 1 nail after they left. That's it, no left over material, nothing. No mess. They looked into our gutter situation and made a recommendation or 2 for us to be thoughtful of. Chris, Megan and their entire crew were respectful, professional and diligent in their work! They have set the bar for other like companies to behave.

Chris helped us pick out a great product, IKO Dynasty, super black with Hip and Ridge plus shingles. It looks fantastic and has really upgraded our home. All the crew were professional, hard working and friendly. The job was completed on time, with no complications, and good clean up. Thank you. We highly recommend Artisan Roofing. Responsive, professional, knowledgeable, fair, great work and recommendations. We only had a small repair job which they handled within 1 week, needed two trips to see issue and then bring back right replacement tiles. Pointed out error …

My roof sprung a leak a couple of weeks ago. The following day they were at the house and identified the proble. When the rain stopped the next day they repaired everything beautifully. Trevor was polite, clean and efficient. Chris was very professional as well.
