Apparently they don’t want any new business. They are too busy.

Hello CountryLife Girl, Unfortunately we do not have anyone by your name in our system as a customer, or even potential customer. We did however receive an email today from someone named Melanie saying: "Hello, You are the 10th company in the Okanagan I have contacted. I would like someone to come out and reshingle my roof. I am not interested in paying anyone to do a quote. I need the actual job done and I would like it done as soon as possible. If you are interested in actually doing the job and can get it done in the next month, then feel free to provide me a quote and when you can get it done." We simply replied to your email that we are booking into the fall, but apparently that means we are a 1 star company because we won't drop everything and accommodate you. It appears you only leave 1 Star reviews, and you've left two other 1 star reviews in the last hour. I hope the 11th company can meet your extremely high standards.

Working in real estate - I constantly refer North OKGN Construction to my clients, I’ve seen their work first hand, and don’t hesitate when someone asks for a contractor. They are QUALITY contractors.

North OKGN delivered waaayyy beyond my expectations. Dan, Mike and crew were top notch. Careful and kind workers, fast install, and amazing results. Great communication, timely service and I am super happy with the job they did. They even made the roof safer by removing a cracked chimney. Above and Beyond. Would recommend again anytime.

Randy did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. Did not try to sell me things that I didn't need.

So happy to have Danny and Randy looking after us. These people are very knowlegeable and easy to work with. They kept our yard tidy during the whole process. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fair and honest contractor.

We called and Randy Sr responded, in a big way. We had some damage from a windstorm and thought he was coming by to have a peek and suggest a time to do the repair. Well, he got the ladder out, got up on the roof and badda boom…fixed. He also noticed some bent damage that we were not aware of and will be taking care of that. SUPER IMPRESSED! 5 star recommendation. John Willis
