  I originally thought it is leaking but it turns out that we had a leak around the water tank. But they still fixed minor unnecessary part of the roof which cost close to thousand. Because the minimum price is close to thousand to no matter how small the fix is it still cost like thousand. The water tank part leaking only cost like $100.

  I guess I am the only person who did not receive 5 star service from this company. Almost two years ago, I trusted this company, Jason and his team to resolve an issue with my ceiling as wet spots were forming. They came and removed shutters and said they were putting down a water proofing product that would alleviate the issue. It didn't. The issue got worse and now when it rains water comes into my house. After getting the run around for weeks they sent their team back out to assess and the team agreed the work was poorly done and needed to be redone. Now, I have been giving the run around again about the team coming back out to fix the poorly done work and being told I'm not in warranty for something that simply was not done correctly the first time. Extremely frustrated with this matter!

  Women Customers please think twice before using this company, and if so my I suggest 1. Ask for a revisions of their contract, to exclude the section that exempts them from lawsuits. 2. Also request to add a retainer to the contract, for the final payment to only be recieved after an external inspection is complete to ensure ( all layers as advertised were installed, decking was repaired, and flashing are properly sealed) and identified itens repaired. 3. Record your conversations with them, as I did. I experienced weaponized incompetence, gaslighting, manipulation by the male employees during my October 2023 new roof installation. As of 7/11/24 I still have a hole in my decking, despite paying for a new roof installation. I reached out to the company's owner, hoping to resolve these matters and to utilize the advertised warranty associated with my purchase. Unfortunately, haven't received a response from anyone regarding my concerns on installation, requested paperwork, warranty, or the proper caulking of flashing for my home. Please note: I called them before Hurricane Beryl to look at my roof as part of the warranty and of 7/11/24 I have "not" received a response. Also the company has refused to provide a "Release of Lein" on my property due to our disagreements, despite me paying my balance in full. ****Buyers Beware**** PS to the company: Think wisely before you come on here lying on me. I have Pr××ton on audio begging me not to get an external inspection, because he knew the job wasn't done properly. Instead of taking accountability, they use D.A.R.V.O!

  Had an apt at 12 and When that time came no phone call or anything. I had to message him he then returned a call stating he was waiting for an adjuster and I told him I just needed One section of the roof looked at because there was a leak …

  From the original visit and estimate to final roof being installed, this company is fantastic. Detailed proposal, workers showing up on time. Paul is an excellent communicator. Every step was flawless. Final report and photos were very detailed. This company did previous repairs and I saw no need to shop estimates. Invoicing and payment made easy. If you want quality work hire Texas Roofing.

  Bought a new home and the inspector said that the roof showed signs of hail damage and had several patched areas. Called TR&LR and they did everything. They worked with the sellers insurance claim and I paid the difference of 3500 for a top of the line raised seam metal roof. They removed the asphalt shingles and installed the metal roof in less than a workday. Homeowners insurance was cut in half and roof will pay for itself in 7 years. Smart people call Texas Roofing and Leak Repair. Be smart.
