  They installed our roof in 2019, and we recently experienced a leak. We called 8 days ago and were informed someone would reach out within 24 hours to schedule a technician to come and assess the problem. Nobody ever called. I called again …

  Don’t use remedy roofing. Remedy Roofing littered my clean neighborhood with flyers by setting hundreds of them on people’s gates prior to a storm. There are now dozens of pieces of wet trash on yards, sidewalks, and streets. If you are content to use a company that endorses littering and placing a burden on others, go ahead and use them. I would be content for them to go bankrupt so they have no more money to spend on trash to litter my neighborhood with.

  The worst experience, got a new roof a little over. Year ago and now have leaks and rot all throughout the attic and Remedy refuses to do anything. Had the manufacturer force them to come fix one issue and they even did a poor job of that and still having leaks. Save yourself the trouble and go with any other roofer, at this point I’ll be hiring an attorney.

  Don’t use this roofing company! After Hurricane Ike they never filed our certificate of completion so our deductible with TWIA is now so high it’s ridiculous. They also did a terrible job! One of their guys put their knee through the decking and they never fixed it, they didn’t install the piping right so it’s coming out and leaking. Terrible customer service when you call or email for help as well. Just all around a place to avoid!

  Great experience with Remedy Roofing! I’m very happy with the experience I had with Remedy Roofing LLC in Katy, TX. From the beginning to the end of the project, Josh Castro was excellent to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my questions. The office staff and the roofing crew were also very professional, respectful, and easy to work with. The quality of the workmanship and materials was outstanding. They used high-quality materials .
