  These are scammers. First they said we wouldn't have to pay anything, that the insurance would cover everything. The insurance covered the entire balance, and on top of that, they left us with a debt of $5,800. What a crook!

  If I could give them 10 stars, I would. If was nothing short of a positive experience working with them...from the beginning to the end. They fought tirelessly with my insurance to get as much coverage as possible. Once the contract was signed, the work started. Everyone was so nice, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They accidentally took my trashcan along with the other trash. So I had to go buy a new one. But they reimbursed me for it right away. I highly recommend them! Brittney, Arturo, Raphael Sr. And Jr...Great work guys!! I will definitely be using them for future work!

  This company did an excellent job at my house. I'm completely satisfied with the team's work, their timely advice, and their service.   Very professional. Everything was done as agreed. Work product was excellent. Pricing very competitive. Completed in a timely manner and cleaned the premises thoroughly after. Note that they charge a fee if you use a credit card for payment.

  I'm familiar with Level Up Roofing, and from day one, Aida's service was excellent. She explained everything very clearly and made me feel secure throughout the entire process.
