  I got three quotes for my roof replacement and they pretty much came in at the same price. I selected Onit because Whitney did a great job laying out my options and addressing my questions about roof issues I was already having. The Onit roofing team did a great job addressing any concerns during the construction phase, and they did a great cleanup job afterwards.

  After two denied hail damage claims, I was ready to give up, but Whitney from Onit Roofing did an incredibly detailed report, including drone footage, worked with my inspector and insurance company and ultimately, got the claim approved! She worked tirelessly to bring resources together to replace my roof (with 50 Year GAF Shingles at no additional cost to me), install ridge vents (we didn't have these before), replace our gutters (the insurance only paid for remove and replace) with bigger downspouts, repair our screens and interior drywall damage and even bring in a metal specialist to replace our awnings (all covered by the claim). It was almost $40k worth of repairs! Onit did a great job communicating, being on time and living up to their promises. Onit did both of my neighbors roofs as well! I couldn't be happier and give them my highest praise. Price shown that I paid was my deductible.

  Throughly impressed with Josh and his team at Onit roofing . After dealing with other roofers who claimed to have done caulking the at roof jacks, pipes and any exposed nails only to find out they didn’t , all because of Onits pre-inspection exposed the other roofers lack of honesty . Or other roofing companies who wouldn’t give a quote after being asked multiple times . Needless to say I appreciate what Onit has done. They would communicate with me when they were coming , gave me a text the next day letting me know they were on their way and actually showed up on time! Their quote was fair , the installer was very polite and professional and cleaned up any debris that came off the roof. And they provided before and after photos in their report. 100% if you have any roofing issues do not hesitate to reach out to Josh and Onit roofing.

  Absolutely superb! Josh Dill educated me well prior to my roof repair as to what was needed and the cost, and his team was able to do it all today without even needing to access my attic! Highly recommend Onit Roofing!

  I had an excellent experience with Onit Roofing. From the beginning, Whitney was very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. She answered my questions promptly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure everything was taken care of. The team quickly identified and repaired the roof leak, and the quality of the work was excellent. I also appreciated their attention to detail by painting the pipe boot black to match the roof, which made the finished result look much better. What stood out most was that Onit Roofing followed through on their commitments and provided great customer service. It’s not always easy to find a company that is both trustworthy and responsive, but Whitney and the Onit Roofing team delivered on both.
