  ZERO STAR. I called this company to get an estimate b/c they had 5-star reviews, but I didn't know they are fake reviews. The guy, name Brian came and gave me an estimate. I also had another guy came and gave me better estimate and gave it to the other guy. He called me 100 times and was very rude when I told him that I gave the job to the other guy. No one forced you to drive and give me a higher estimate and overcharge me. If you're looking for an honest company. DO NOT CALL THEM!!!!! ALL OF THE 5-STARTREVIEWS ARE FAKE!!!

  Sir this does not sound right and after hearing Brian’s side this review is terrible of you to post. Brian jumped through hoops to come out asap that day to get your FREE quote during drizzling rain at 2pm that day & you were not there. But another roofer was. You double booked us with another roofer & Brian had to wait until almost 3pm for them to leave out of respect we are not going to go look at the same time. Brian didn’t call you 100 X he simply called to find out if you wanted us to schedule since it was so crucial you get it fixed asap & we were willing to get it done for you. They beat us by $200 total. Remove this post please it’s not fair you posted such hate when all we did was everything we could to get you a free estimate in the rain.

  After Hurricane Beryl damaged our roof, I contacted Texan Roofing for an assessment, but Adrian took forever to respond.

  Unfortunately after Hurricane Beryl we couldn’t help everyone who called & tried to make a list but it was overwhelming all the people who had interior damage needing help. Adrian has informed the office that it must’ve got overlooked along with over 1000 other calls. We actually shut off our office line taking new calls after day 1 Please kindly remove this review it’s not fair to all of us especially Adrian ..who is phenomenal.   Excellent experience with Texan Roofing from start to finish. What stood out most was how straightforward, practical, and honest the entire process felt. The initial inspection was thorough and educational. Instead of immediately trying to sell me the biggest possible solution, they took the time to explain what they were seeing, what actually needed attention, what could wait, and why. That gave me a lot of confidence in their recommendations. They were also very willing to work with me on the scope and budget without making me feel like corners were being cut. Once we agreed on the work, the technicians arrived promptly, spent the day completing the repairs and maintenance, documented the work with photos, and left everything in good shape. Communication was easy, the recommendations were practical, and I never felt pressured or upsold. It was refreshing to deal with a roofing company that seemed more interested in solving the actual problem than inflating the job. Very satisfied with the service and would absolutely use Texan Roofing again.

  I am exceptionally pleased with Texan Roofing Company. They replaced our roof in two full days and it looks great. In particularly what really motivated us to select Texan Roofing, was their field manager, Brian Carpenter, he walked us thru the entire process, step by step, was present when the insurance inspected our roof and facilitated the discussion and helped us get a fair check from the insurance. I highly recommend Texan Roofing.

  I recently had my roof replaced by Texan roofing and had a great, seamless experience. Brian managed the entire transaction and was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. For what could seem like a daunting home project, Brian made the entire process simple and painless. The work is good quality and cost competitive. Would recommend Texan roofing and Brian to any homeowner needing a roof replacement.

  Excellent service for new roof and completed in 1 day. Brian Carpenter was so helpful and responsive. He provided a reasonable quote and got me in the schedule asap. He also recommended installing an Attic Breeze to help with ventilation concerns. Absolutely top notch service from Brian and the crew. 5 stars are well deserved!
