Horrible destructive behavior! They destroyed our neighborhood with roofing trash, nails, metal, plastic, styrofoam! They started roofing on a windy day and refused to pick up the trash that blew over to 10 different houses and yards. Children and animals will be sick from all of this toxic trash in our yards! Manager has no solution but to try to pick up a few pieces of plastic but has no intention of cleaning up the styrofoam or nails or asphalt all over our neighborhood!

We asked for a roof evaluation when we moved into our Austin house. Our realtor recommended Texas Roofers. Chance came by, looked at the roof, and suggested minor repairs unrelated to shingles. We had that done and were happy. Then we had a …

We called Chance to look at some missing shingles we had after a wind storm. Chance came when he said he would. The quality of his work is excellent and he even checked a few other things on the roof to make sure everything was good. He is a very nice guy and very friendly. We would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a roof or repairs. The price was very responsible as well! Highly recommend!!

Very happy with Chance and team. Multiple other roofers tried to sell us on a complete roof replacement. Chance got up on the roof and into our attic and told us honestly we don’t need any repairs and didn’t try to sell anything. Definitely give them a call, especially if you feel like other roofers are trying to scam you.

Chance was very responsive when we found a problem on our roof. He came over and diagnosed it right away. A few days later we were on his schedule to get it fixed and it was all done in just a little over an hour. He also checked the entire roof for any issues and eased my mind.

I couldn’t be happier with Chance and Texas Roofers USA. They were extremely professional, high quality work, punctual, and worked hard to ensure we were assessed fairly during the roof inspection process when it was damaged by hail. Communication with Chance was excellent and very transparent at all times. I even had some delays and Chance was patient all along. 10/10 recommend Texas Roofers.

Our roof was damaged by hail. We contacted several roof companies, three, and two showed up. We went with Texas Roofers because of Chance Pinkley. He was courteous, on time, straight forward, and we trusted he would make sure the work was done correctly. And we were right. The crew did it all in one day!!! Even after the roof was replaced, dealing with the insurance monies, and Chance going over the final details, it was a breeze. If you don't choose this company, you are crazy.
