I recently had a very disappointing experience while attempting to discuss a potential collaboration with your organization. During my call with your answering service, the representative I spoke with (Dan) used highly inappropriate and offensive language toward me. I have a recording of the conversation and would be willing to provide it if needed. I believe this interaction does not reflect the professionalism your organization aims to represent, and I hope this matter is addressed appropriately.

Never would return calls and once he did answer never came to check on repairs that were needed.
