Updated 6/19: Wish I could recommend less. Zero stars if possible. Not only did they knock my flute off the HVAC, and filled my house with CO2. But then they lied 3 different ways telling me they were going to make it right. That was then followed by the company publicly calling me a liar and a grifter on social media. Their work is not worth the hassle. Could not recommend this company less. Will actively make sure to counter recommend this company when people ask for recommendations. I would advise you do as well. Updated 5/08: The company never reached by out to me about knocking my hvac flute off, causing a gas leak in my house. I reached out to them, and never got a reply. Basically no contact. Feels really bad considering what how nice the was boss in person. The promise of making things right was what kept my original review higher. Its telling as well, as they are active on socials, and reply to moat reviews. But nothing concerning me. Buyer beware. Not worth the trouble. This company can do quality work, but I was left with an additional bill and carbon monoxide leaking into my house. And with no other recourse other than to eat that cost. Original Review as follows: Nice people. Good price and good install. Pretty bad resulting incident and after care. My initial contact with them was very good. Polite and quick. The Boss in Top Boss is very nice. The job was done pretty quickly, although a little longer than quoted at 2 days and a couple hours on another day versus the quoted one. The workers were non-invasive and courteous as well. However, during the course of the job, the roofers knocked the flute to the hvac off the unit. We didn't notice until late at night when the unit wasn't heating. A professional came out and told us the flute was knocked off, and was leaking CO2 into our house. I made the company aware of this, and unprompted they offered to reimburse me, provided I give them receipts. After giving said receipts, I had to reach out to

More like little dog roofing. I took off a day from work waiting for these guys to show up at my house so I could explain where the leak was. After calling them 3 times about my appointment they told me they would be there in an hour. …

Having a fairly new home (3) years I started experiencing roof leaks - found Top Boss roofing totally by accident and called - as Raul answered I told him of my problem as I had my home built from BETENBOUGH Homes - even though I had a roof warranty BETENBOUGH said “it was a bent vent pipe” and straightened it out from the hail THATS IT - in this case roof still leaked from rain (same spot) - instead of calling BETENBOUGH again I called Top Boss Roofing - Raul and his crew stripped and removed shingles and found shoddy third rate roof work as bare wood was found with no tar paper on an area about 4” wide down along the side of the hot water heater vent stack. And cuts in area of tar paper - Raul investigated the problem and fixed the problem 💯 percent GREAT JOB ! then 3 months later another roof leak on opposite side of house - once again BETENBOUGH investigation told me it was loose shingles - I said to strip off the shingles to see what was underneath they said they did and they installed a few nails - I called my Insurance co and they totaled my roof - further inspection was more shoddy sub standard work from this local builder who refused to come and look at what TOP BOSS had found. Under this he shingles - Raul took pictures to document this finding a brand new roof was installed as Raul was on top of my house supervising making sure his work was 100% and did an EXCELLENT job and cleaned up everything 💯 % - the irony of Bentenbough giving me a Holy Bible when I bought this home was an insult ! I’m so glad I found Odessa’s #1 readers choice award roofer for the Permian Basin to fix my roof THE RIGHT WAY - will definitely use again - thank you Raul your great !

We had our roof replaced by Top Boss Roofing. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work done. This company is veteran friendly and gave us an upgrade in the shingle quality for free. They completed the job in one day and left no mess at all. I would highly recommend this company for all of your roofing needs.

Top Boss Roofing is not only very professional — they truly have a huge heart. About two years ago, I was broke and homeless, and both the boss and his wife helped me. His wife, a true lady, treated me with kindness and compassion. They even helped heal a foot injury I had — like real doctors — with care and patience. The roofing boss gave me a roof to sleep under, food to eat, and something to drink. With what they gave me, I was able to reconnect with my family and begin to overcome my addictions. Today, I work hard every day with the dream of buying my own home — and when I do, I’ll be calling Top Boss Roofing. Blessings to both of you and to all your clients! Thanks Raul and Dee

This was my first time dealing with roof repairs after the recent hail storms we had, so I did my research and went with Top Boss roofing and let me tell you it was a great experience. Raul walked us through the process from beginning to finish and was in communication with me until the roof was completed. Raul and his team to me are the go to roofers here in Odessa tx, they are local and professional. Me and my wife are very happy with Top Boss roofing I highly recommend.
