  Beware: I contacted this company and waited over 3 minutes on hold before someone answered. When they did, the employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. I also noticed that the business has only 5-star reviews, which raised concerns, as some appear inauthentic and possibly generated for SEO purposes. I recommend doing thorough research, including checking their Facebook presence, to better gauge how established and professional they actually are before choosing them.

  best roofer in my opinion! they were 100% honest and made the whole roof replacement process, along with screen and skylight work, simple and stress-free after our hail damage. miguel was the representative who managed our project, and he went above and beyond from start to finish. he was always friendly, respectful, and honest, and he made every step feel easy for me. we also spoke with another roofing contractor through our insurance, but the difference in service was clear right away. billy and the crew stood out because they communicated well, explained the roofing work in simple terms, and kept everything organized. the job site was handled professionally, the materials looked great, and the finished roof gave us real peace of mind in the Texas heat and storms. if we ever need roofing services again, we would absolutely choose them again. i could not be happier with the experience and would give them 10 stars if i could.

Carter & Sons Roofers LLC kept me updated through the permit process and made scheduling easy, especially with a vacation already on our calendar.
