I requested an estimate, but Alan showed up without a ladder tall enough for the job. You’d expect a roofing company to have equipment that goes higher than six feet. He eventually managed to climb up and then told me I needed a full replacement, even though I had asked about a repair. At first, I wasn’t on board with that, and he came across a bit pushy. I decided to keep an open mind and wait for the quote he said I’d get within an hour. When I followed up 1 weeks later, Jose told me I can take my business elsewhere

Alan promised a seamless roof replacement, but his crew's shoddy work left us with leaks within months. When we called, his wife Yesenia was dismissive and rude, making endless excuses. For a "family business," they show zero accountability or care for their customers. Steer clear of this unprofessional and unreliable company.

BEWARE OF THIS ROOFER. We paid Permian to go out and do a job and they have horrible communication. They just took first 50% which was about $6,000 and he keeps ignoring all my calls and texts. Very disappointed I don’t know what to do they stole my money and ran.

This company is Invista Home LLC we've done a couple of houses for them for which they never paid us the full amount. This company is based out California which is a problem when the houses require any extra work. We told Invista the house in question was going to need all new decking and had several layers of old roof on top and all that was going to be extra. Since they haven't been good on paying we asked that needed to be paid upfront. They told us to begin and we would be taken cared of I of course told them no and offered to send them the money back. They never answered and decided to start posting bad reviews

If I could give zero stars, I would. I hired Permian Roofing based on their 5-star reviews and 20+ years in business. I trusted them to do the job right. This was an out-of-pocket job — I paid $13,950 for a new roof with GAF 30-year Timberline HDZ shingles. The itemized invoice I signed clearly included: • Replace all pipe boot flashings • Install new roof airvents • Install all new ridge caps Before the job started, I had an inspection that documented hail damage to multiple vents (photos attached). I was told these would be replaced. When the job was “finished,” I had the roof inspected again. Instead of replacing the hail-damaged vent, they spray-painted over the dents. The damage is still clearly visible. Since then, I have emailed, texted, and called multiple times with no response. No explanation. No attempt to make it right. If you’re in Odessa or Midland and looking for a roofer: • Don’t just go by online reviews. • Inspect the work yourself or have someone you trust inspect it. • Get before-and-after photos. • Remember: the lowest price can end up costing you the most. The contract stated these vents would be replaced. They were not. I got spray paint over hail dents instead. (Photos before and after attached for proof.)

Sorry to not have hit the mark for you Billie, but all those vents were changed out a couple of days after the roof was completed. We did also upgrade you to the high profile ridge cap and installed a class 3 shingle which is better than a 30 year free of charge. The roof also comes with a 10 year warranty from us which is the best in west texas.

Unfortunately Allen no called no showed on the first appointment with the insurance adjuster. It's been 6 days and yet to hear anything. Will not use, will not recommend. Initial impression was fantastic with Angel coming out and inspecting my roof and interior damage. He provided a quote within the hour of leaving.

Hey Oscar sorry for not being able to make it like I mentioned before regardless of what the adjuster says we can go back and challenge their decision we actually have more leverage when they deliberately miss something and we go back and point it out to the insurance company. These are the types of strategies that work best 👍we wish we can be at all appointments unfortunately sometimes we cannot. Especially on weekends when we're not working and we have to go on our personal time

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up looking to remodel or fix anything on your roof DO NOT call permian roofing they are the most irresponsible contractor I’ve ever came across. Apart from them not showing up on time, or at all sometimes, they have the most horrible workmanship you could imagine. The pictures are just the electrical issues there was plenty more.

Applied an insufficient roof material that began leaking a month after replacement and every 4-5 months to follow. Repairs never worked and leaks remained. Failed to deliver on the 10 year warranty and avoided communication on the issue. Years later and roof is still leaking. Do not use this roof company

Let me start off by saying. Being here in west texas there's so many roofing companies to provide service. But Permian Roofing gave the best quote and when the work was complete I was 100% satisfied. No more leaks and was all completed at reasonable time. So thank you very much!!
