  After hailstorm, we got work done on our house. We will not recommend to anybody.

  After a hail storm, the sales guy Matt came by and made promises of all the damages that would be fixed and covered. All damages were not fixed as promised, and they had to send a crew back twice, once to finish painting, and again for a leak around the fireplace that was not there before. Everything was supposed to be covered by/through insurance which was not. While waiting for insurance check, I was threatened with legal actions for payment. This is very unprofessional and just an example of poor customer service. The sales guy was never to be seen again before, during, or after the process. The company sent other workers to retrieve the payments that had no idea what was owed or anything about the job. Would not recommend!!

  Called and left several messages at the Plano office and talked to the same lady. I'm in Odessa, TX and not 1 message she sent to all the guys here was returned. Not 1 guy with Proclaim Roofing ever called me back. This went on for 2 weeks. Terrible way to do potential customer. Unprofessional...

  Proclaim Roofing service was great and the new roof has already survived a few storms without any issues. The staff was great and Tyler did a great job. The roof inspection service was great and comprehensive. The reasonable price made it a no brainer. I feel very secure in my home now.

  If you are looking for a roofer in the area, call Proclaim. They are the real deal. We used them for a repair and the staff was great. The price was reasonable. We had an issue with our gutters and the crew fixed it without charging extra. Proclaim Roofing service was great and clearly focused on customer satisfaction.

  I'm a busy single mom. I don't have time to deal with contractors who don't show up. Proclaim Roofing was prompt, professional and efficient. Caleb handled our roof replacement and gutter installation. He also recommended attic venting repairs that made sense. The skylight repair was done beautifully. The staff was great about working around my schedule. Reasonable price and excellent work. Highly recommend for anyone who values their time.

  The storm tore through our neighborhood like a bully. Left shingles everywhere and cracked the skylight. Proclaim Roofing showed up like a hero. Jordan assessed the damage, handled the insurance and had a crew on the roof within days. Now our house stands proud again. Proclaim Roofing service was great and the staff was incredible. We call them for everything now.

  My son has severe allergies. The mold from the leaky gutters was making him sick. Proclaim Roofing understood the urgency. They fixed the gutters, repaired the skylight and completely overhauled the attic venting. The staff was great about keeping the disruption minimal for my son's sake. The reasonable price was a gift.   The crew doing the gutter installation damaged a small section of my lawn when they parked their truck. Mentioned it to Jordan, and he sent someone to reseed the area the next day.
