  Me and my neighbor regretfully used this company for a project. The owner, Jerrimy had poor communication with both me and my neighbor the entire time. The project was not completed as initially described and took over 60 days for them to finish. We were told later in the process that they had some larger projects took priority over ours and would get done when they had time. Mind you, were were never told when workers were showing up. They would just show up. After finally finishing, they did not offer any adjustment to the quote for me or my neighbor being inconvenienced and strung along for 60 days or for the outcome of their job witch was subpar at best. They also demanded immediate payment when again, it took them 60 days to finish.

  Not sure they know how to read. Door has a 'no soliciting' sign so they just littered their letter on my doorstep. Didn't even put it in a location that it wouldn't blow away. Just threw it on my door mat. If they can't do the little things right. Do you trust them on your big projects?

  Worst experience ever!!!! This company has been out 5 times to make repairs after replacing the roof. It still leaks. They walked on the metal roof and have bent it so now those places are leaking Have contacted Gonzalo several times today with NO CALL BACK. I HAVE CONTACTED MY INSURANCE COMPANY THAT PAID TO HAVE ROOF REPLACED. They are not happy!!

  If you have chosen to use Texas Direct roofing you should have an inspection done of your roof. I was completely dissatisfied with the quality of the roof replacement. I have had my roof inspected and was asked if they used old shingles due to the extensive wear on the shingles. I have documented nail pops, cut shingles, and poor installation. I am requesting a new roof. I have also scheduled Owens Corning to come out to verify there is no defect with the shingles and that the damage was created by Texas Direct Roofing. They also do leaky gutters.

  Highly recommend Texas Direct Roofing and Construction. We worked directly with Mason Jewett; very professional and knowledgeable. We needed our roof replaced and they made the whole process very easy. From helping with insurance inspections, providing information, discussing options and value, all the way through coordinating the work. We’re very happy with our new roof and worked with them to get our gutters fixed while we were at it- all at a fair price. Big home projects are often complex and challenging, especially when you’ve never done them before. Texas Direct made it simple, affordable, and did great work. I’ve already recommended them to some friends. Thanks, Mason, for all the help!

  Just had a new roof done. Tx Direct did a super job, love the look ! Working with Joe Wall from start to finish was an incredible easy task !! He was able to put all my stress away and made it so much easier to sleep at night. I high recommend asking for him !!!! 10 stars to Joe Wall !!

  We had an excellent experience working with Mason and Texas Direct Roofing and Construction. Our roof was damaged by hail in April 2026. Mason was incredibly helpful, responsive, and personal throughout the entire process, which took place over several weeks. He consistently took the time to answer our questions, explain what was happening, and make sure we felt comfortable with each step. It never felt like we were just another job on the schedule. We really appreciated his communication, honesty, and attention to detail, and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing roofing work.

  From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, everything was handled professionally. The entire process was easy, with clear communication every step of the way. All of my questions were answered, and I felt informed and comfortable throughout the project. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to every detail.   What an experience…First homeowner’s claim ever since owning properties for over 30 years. Joe was on site after a hail storm hit our community. I had roof, gutter, window, and fence damage. He patched my skylight within minutes of arrival, and has been the project manager the entire time. Outstanding roofing crew, and timely repairs on all other damaged areas. Highly recommend Joe Wall and Texas Direct.

  I could not be any happier with out new roof. Ryan came out explained everything, he is super knowledgeable and helpful. The crew showed up on time and looked like a well oiled machine every man knowing his job and working as a team. After they the old shingles were off they ran into a problem this OLD house had different decking than newer houses. That did slow them down. Ryan was on the spot and ran and grabbed the correct decking. So a problem wasn't really a problem just a situation that Ryan handled first then let me know what was going on never missed a step. That's the kind of service this company offers. So if ya need a roof Ryan is your guy give them a call. you wont be disappointed. oh yeah they started at 5:30 and pulled out of my drive at 2:15ish everything super clean you couldn't even tell they were there.   I highly recommend Texas Direct Roofing. A real good friend referred me to this company and recommended I speak with Charles Bryant. When I called, he was very pleasant, set up appointment right away for him to look at roof. He did all the contact work with my insurance company. Adjuster came out and Charles did as well. Charles was very efficient, on top of it with the adjuster showing him the damage. I qualified for new roof and gutters. Charles started the process, kept me informed, updated on what was going to happen. Roofers came out….my bushes were covered….tarps on the lawn to catch debris. Charles was here with the guys making sure all went well. Clean up was great, they did a thorough job of cleaning up my yard. Very very pleased with the outcome. Charles, the best guy to work with. Very informative, kind, caring and considerate. And he had great patience with me. ☺️☺️ Thank you Charles….Thank you Texas Direct Roofing.

  Choosing a roofer isn’t one of life’s pleasures. Texas Direct completed two roofs across the street from our home. Those owners were very happy with their Texas Direct experience. So based upon recommendations we made our decision. Rob Duke was our project director. From day one he put us at ease. Rob is knowledgeable, informative and happens to be a great listener. We asked many questions and he answered them all with patience and certainty. Every job on the project was completed as scheduled and as promised. The roofing crew was exceptional. Their prep work, diligence and pride in their work was easy to recognize. They completed the job in one day, including a very thorough clean up when the roof was done. Our gutter replacement was professional and precise. The gutter sections were custom cut on site and the installation was flawless. Throughout the project, Rob was Always a text or phone call away. Never a voicemail or calling a main number to relay a message. He responded quickly every single time. And if he didn’t know the answer he found out within a couple of hours. A very old school and correct way to conduct business. We appreciate Texas Direct and their incredible crew for upgrading our homes look. And we thank them for conducting themselves like true ladies and gentlemen.

  Shout out to Erin and Jo from Texas Direct Roofing & Construction, well the whole dang team they have actually! They helped get my roof, gutters, drains, inside damage from the roof replaced. I had a hell of a time getting approved by my insurance company and if it was not for Erin, Jo, and team. I would still be sitting here with a hole in my roof and with all these storms we've been having. They came out, when out of there way to help me, extremely communicative, they weren't in your face and bothersome like other companies. They were on top of it all, figurately and literally! This is the type of business you want helping you when your insurance company that you pay so much money to acts like they don't care and wants to deny you service even with obvious damage...Texas Direct was there the entire process and working on my behalf. Got it all resolved and approved so I could get the things that clearly needed to be replaced. They made it less cumbersome, the process to all the things approved, reviewed, and done. They made it easy...thank goodness! I am very particular and they made sure things were done to my liking. I needed that, I paid for that. This is how business should be ran. I will absolutely use them again for any other construction items I need done because I no longer have to worry about a roof! Thank you guys sooo much!

  Ryan came and inspected a new roof that was hit by a hail storm half-finished. The inspection was detailed, objective, and supported by photos. We really appreciated his expertise and second opinion, and would be glad to have him back again for future roofing needs.

  Sam and Ryan were very courteous and extremely thorough tracking down the roof leak from last night’s storms. They not only were able to track down the roof leak but also provided a temporary solution to protect it until the homeowner approves the necessary repairs. You cannot go wrong with this company.
