  Terrible experience in Corinth with my mother's roof replacement. The team from Precision was not responsive to my mom's requests to pick up their materials and answer questions about the damaged window screens. Not returning her messages is unacceptable. (Edited facts) not returning her queries still true.

  Mr Yohn, You are calling it trash but it was left over roofing materials. We are not doing the screens as we were not contracted to and they are not on the contract. We were to do the roof and gutters only. I find it sad in todays times that people leave one star reviews and put false information to go along with it.

  Have been try to get Bob Baldwin to send info on a class 4 roof for over a month. Don’t recommend this company for service after the project completed

  One of their sales reps, Lane Vail, came and knocked on my front door. Since we have been getting harassed by roofers at all hours of the day for the last few weeks we did not answer the door. Lane then proceeded to walk around my house and knock on the back door. When someone doesn’t answer the front door, it is not appropriate to come to the back door to solicit business. I have the whole incident on camera. I will never do business with precision roofing and I encourage you to not do business with them either.

  Angel and crew replaced my 110 year old slate roof with a masterpiece. They are true craftsmen who have a work ethic beyond description. I am very happy that Grant made his way to Pittsburgh to inspect my roof and that the crew drove great distance to install a beautiful 100 year work of art.

  Before even focusing on the roof surface, they spent time checking the internal ceiling structure, which I didn’t expect. While doing that, they found damp marks on a wooden support beam. That discovery showed that water had been traveling silently for weeks without any obvious dripping or visible signs. It made me realize how important it is to inspect beyond just what’s visible on the surface.

  Precision Construction and Roofing just finished a total roof replacement on my 108-year-old home. I've had a lot of contractors over the 44 years I have lived in this home, but I've never had such a fabulous outcome. Matt and Ed headed up the project, and their crew was here every day (except Sunday) and they worked from sunrise to sunset, cleaning up every day before they left. I'm not sure how many clay tiles they put on my roof, but it was a huge number since my house is over 4700 square feet. When I was outside, my neighbors would walk by and stop to visit with me and rave about how awesome the roof looked. Precision Construction and Roofing is the best contractor I've ever worked with. I recommend anyone who is looking for roof replacement to make their first call to Precision Construction and Roofing!

  We live in a historical district as our house was built in 1906. Severe thunderstorms struck on 4/12/22 and again on 5/22/24 with tornado force winds and heavy large hail. Our home is 3 stories high with 4 chimneys. There were no roofers locally who were trained and qualified to replace a high clay tile roof. Complicated by having to comply with the Historic District commission. We enlisted the services of Precision Construction and tile roof repair located in North Richland Hills to replace the entire tile roof. There were delays for permits and for the tiles to be manufactured in Ohio. Mason Hunter was our point of contact and site manager. The project started 7/21/25 with the crew working daylight to dark 6 days a week until finally finished 8/27/25. The results were amazing. Mason Hunter answered all the questions and addressed all our concerns. The team was very professional with their approach and final cleanup. I would and have recommended Precision to others in the historical district .DM Temple, Texas

  Where do I even possibly begin??!! One of the most impeccable restorations of a 100 yr old Southern Grand Dame! Not only did they travelntonthe Carolinas for this project, but spent months of meticulous planning and installation on a level that rivals the original builders of the Biltmore House! The quality of work the refinement, the attention to detail to match what was previously installed 100 years ago. Yes, you read that correctly..... they are installing the first new roof on Stratford Towers since it was built in 1925 and lived in for more than 50 years by my late Mama Joanie. The new stewards of her former summer house is getting the best care humanly possible! Bravo team! I look forward to recommending you to more people and the neighbors are taking notice!!!

  Andy and the team were phenomenal. Not only did they do terrific work on my full roof replacement, but they helped managed the entire process with the insurance company. The insurance company were very difficult to deal with as they tried to avoid paying the claim, but Andy and the Precision Team managed the process on our behalf and made sure we were taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about Andy and the precision team.
