  This company does not respect their clients or completes their work. It been 10 months now and still waiting to have the inside completed. Which I’ve already paid them to do 10 months ago. My roof leaked more when they were working on it. They don’t respond to my messages. They pretty much ripped me off and stole my money.

  A little over a year after our roof was repaired, it is leaking. Have tried reaching out to all contacts and no response. Looks like the company is out of business? They told us they were insured. If anyone has information about their insurance company please share.

  Walked up to my door told me they were doing free roof inspections with a drone. I let them do this. They come back and show me a bunch of pictures of my roof telling me that I could probably get it replaced with my insurance. They file the claim for me. Insurance denies the claim. They were very pushy. Nathan very pushy and fast talking.

  Worker did not respect our no solicitation sign. And argued with my husband that he is not selling anything, so he doesn’t have to follow that. But that’s not what “no solicitation” stands for. I was going to leave two stars because when I called, the worker was very nice and apologetic. Then I saw someone else leave a review 5 months ago about the same problem. Seems like something this company practices instead of just an accident.

  Everyone that I talked to with Simplicity Roofing was always very polite, helpful and ready to answer any questions that I might have. Thanks to them , I have a beautiful, new roof and it was all finished in 1 day, just like they said. Their customer service is fantastic! I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

  Simplicity Roofing on Rufe Snow in North Richland Hills did an outstanding job on my new roof. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Everyone there was very customer service oriented, went way beyond my expectations, explained everything they were doing, told me about a lot of options I had to consider that I didn’t know about. They contacted my insurance company and told them what they would be doing, much better than I could have done. I had to get new decking, decided on a Class 4 roof & the roof color they suggested was a better than I had chosen. I would definitely use them again. A+ & 10 on businesses in town!!

  Could not be more happy with my finished roof. Job completed in 2 days, on the hottest days of July, amazing work by the Simplicity crew. David and Curtis are very professional and handled every detail on time and accurate. Highly recommend Simplicity Roofing.

  David went over the entire process step by step made sure we understood what would be done, the materials that would be used, the insurance process, everything. We felt very comfortable when he finished. Then really worked with our insurance company to ensure they would civer all that needed to be done and the materials. We paid our deductible and that was it, thank you David and Simplicity roofing. Curtis and his team were very professional. They took great care in protecting our plants and property. Ckean up when they completed was excellent. Very good company to work with to get our roof replaced and not just repaired.

  I used Simplicity Roofing to replace the roof on my house. Ian, Curtis, and all the crews did a great job. Simplicity worked directly with my insurance on the claim. Curtis even recommended colors for gutters that would look good on my house. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof replaced.

  Came and knocked on my door and Aiden introduced himself and told me he was there to assess the roof for damages and did so they then said the roof had no damages and was good him and the team were very professional and I was pleased with the service will definitely be choosing simplicity for the next storm

  While working in the industry. I think these guys are great, just an amazing amount of experience and expertise all round. Would highly suggest to contact them with any problems you might have
