  Our initial impression of Firefighter Roofing was great and we chose them to do our project. Our project manager had to step away for personal reasons that were totally understandable and justifiable. I do not fault him at all. We were handed off to a coworker who turned out to be a manager. We ended up being ghosted on our project and despite calling the office to follow up - never received any additional communication about final numbers or scheduling the project. We have since moved on to another local roofing company that has been great and we will not be recommending Firefighter Roofing. **edit after the owner replied to above** I would love to know who tried to reach back out to us - the last communications we have with the manager were me texting him on June 10th, the 15th, and the 24th. We called the main office on June 16th - still haven’t heard anything from him or from the office. My email address was also on file with Firefighter and I haven’t received any communication there either. We may have truly fallen through the cracks but that told us what we needed to know about them as a company.

  Sales Rep. Roy M. seemed very nice, but spent a lot of time off-topic talking about himself. The topic was roofing. He also insisted he come inside our house and go into the attic in order to see the underside of the decking. When it looked perfect, he dismissed it, saying, "Well, that doesn't mean anything, because the top part of the decking under the current shingles could be rotten." Really? Then why bother to come inside the house? At one point, he argued with my husband re: putting ridge vents all over the roof. My husband designed and supervised the building of this house from scratch and told Roy that the attic had a flow through vent, so didn't need ridge vents there above it. When I sighed, Roy looked down at me condescendingly and asked with an annoyed tone of voice, "Is there a problem?!" I replied, "My husband knows what he's talking about." We really don't need this kind of attitude inside our house. A week later, Roy surprised me by calling, because it seemed obvious we didn't buy his sale. He told me he was going to email two estimates the next day, but he didn't. Sometimes, things just don't work out.

  I believe you must have the wrong company. We do not have anyone by your name in our system as a client and the owner of this business is not out in the field with clientele.

  Way over priced. 2 and a half times the projected cost range for our area. They are nice people but I don't need to pay such a high amount for a small job.

  This company did a decent job of installing my roof after we experienced storm damage. My dissatisfaction comes from the fact that I was never provided a written invoice that I could use to ensure prompt payment from my insurance company. My insurance company has an easy portal to submit documents but Firefighter Roofing never provided an invoice or documentation for a several thousand dollar repair. This made me the middle man between Firefighter Roofing and the insurance company and was an unpleasant experience. To add insult to injury, I was added to their mailing list and started receiving spam emails after all of the headaches of dealing with them because they couldn’t be bothered to generate an invoice. No thanks!!

  This was a great experience! Scheduling was easy, and JR was right on time. He performed a very detailed inspection and found the issue right away. JR was honest and straightforward. He didn’t try to sell me the Deluxe package or recommend anything I didn’t need. He only suggested what was necessary to fix the problem. I will definitely be using these guys again in the future. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I had an excellent experience with Firefighter Roofing! They replaced my skylight after it was damaged during a storm, thoroughly inspected my roof, and completed a full roof replacement. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Their team was professional, honest, communicative, and did outstanding work. The quality of the finished roof and skylight exceeded my expectations, and they made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier.
