Mr Awbrey, you know everything you said is not true. You have my personal cell number that I always answer. The yard was raked with a magnet 5 times before we left. Then we came back an additional 3 times per your request to look for more nails. Months later you called complaining of nails again and siding that wasn’t installed. Your neighbors roofs on both sides of your home had just been installed by another Roofing company. We are not responsible for their mess. The siding was installed but we had another wind event that damaged more of your siding and you wanted us to replace that also for free. It wasn’t even in the same area we replaced. Now you are saying we dont return your phone calls and didn’t file windstorm. Sir you know this is not true. You left voicemails on company phone over the weekend and left messages on our Facebook page on the weekend. We do help our customers all the time and bend over backwards to keep them happy. But We do have a family as well and I also deserve the time off to enjoy my kids. You have also been provided with an invoice on several occasions. Sometimes people just want things for free and that sir is not ok as my time is valuable just as yours is also. Please contact us again during normal business hours. M-F 8-12 & 1-5. 361-332-1263. Have a blessed week sir.

The lack of communication and customer service is frustrating. They do not return phone calls or emails.

Dean came out looked at my roof we made a appointment to put a new one on and they were finished on time and they picked up after themselfs so good you couldn't even tell they were here except the new roof. They did a perfect job all lines are straight as can be and he had books of all the different roofs which made picking the perfect roof for my house easier. he does financing so I was able to get a nicer roof with just a few extra payments. Texas coastal roofing will always be the contractor for my house and property.
