  If i could give 0 stars I would this company come into your town after a hurricane do half the work and then do not stand by it. Our roof was damaged during hurricane Florence Galvan came out gave estimate upsold architectural roofing which we paid for out of pocket, but did not say a word to insurance nor us about flashing water has been leaking into our house via walls for 6 years now when called they blame insurance company and insurance company blames them. DO NOT TRUST if they come into your town after natural disaster they do not honor warranties nor their word. Worst ethics in a company ever

  My mom got her roof done about a year ago and had a leak when it rained. They came and fixed it. Now with this tropical storm, the roof started leaking again. My mom has called twice and left voicemails and no one has gotten back to her?? Very frustrating

Due to covid and the environment we are in dealing with price changes happening daily on materials; it caused an unusual delay; no doubt; however my project manager should have communicated thoroughly on the delays to keep you up to date.   Jesus with Galvan Roofing was very knowledgeable. He was doing the inspection the very next day after I contacted Galvan Roofing. Quote arrived the same day as the inspection was done and actual work was able to be scheduled within 1 week of the inspection. Unlike other companies that I have not even heard back from. Updates from Jesus were made as the job was going with no sales pressure. Totally up to me what I would like to do. I know any future work with Jesus and Galvan roofing will be handled in the same way.

  My wife and I needed to replace our 32 yr. old roof in order to maintain our TWIA insurance coverage. Called Galvan and they immediately responded, giving me a competitive quote on a new stone-coated steel roof, including all necessary repairs and a chimney cap upgrade. Material came in within two weeks, and they completed the work quickly and efficiently - in less than a week. All of their workers were very professional and friendly and obviously knew what they were doing, which can be an issue on Island projects. Jesus Villanueva, the Project Manager was very knowledgeable and personally supervised the installation, keeping us informed every step of the way. He even went above and beyond to expedite my WPI-8 certificate so there would be no problems with the insurance folks. He made sure we were completely satisfied with everything Galvan did. I would highly recommend Galvan Roofing for all your roofing needs, whether repairs or replacement. Not necessarily the lowest bid, but you are paying for quality workmanship and materials backed by a business that has operated in Corpus Christi for over 45 years.

  Galvan Roofing and Construction did a great job on repairs we had to make on our property. I had several things that needed to be addressed. Our representative Jesus, was in steady communication throughout the project, always updating on the progress. I am very happy how everything turned out. I will definitely use them in the future.

  Great experience start to finish! They were professional, communicated well, and completed our new roof, facia, and house painting quickly. The quality of work was excellent, and everything looks great! Highly recommend.

  Fantastic service! Only roofing company that would tackle a difficult job. Replaced corroding hardiboard soffit on three story building. Had to use a boom to reach over the backyard. House looks great now!

  Arturo and his crew did an excellent job on our roof and gutters replacement. They were very professional and courteous while working at our house. They were able to move their schedule around to accommodate our insurance required completion date. We are very happy with the final product. Thank you Arturo and team!

  Mr. Schroer, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We take feedback like this very seriously. After speaking with you directly, I want to provide some clarification. At the time of our inspection, your roof had a Class 3 impact-rated shingle. Based on the visible conditions during that inspection, our inspector believed a repair was the most appropriate recommendation and, importantly, the more cost-effective option for you rather than pursuing a full replacement. Within the following two months, it appears that additional granule loss occurred, which made further impact areas more visible when another contractor inspected the roof. In hindsight, our inspector should have recommended a different course of action. That responsibility falls on us, and I take full accountability for it. As soon as we became aware of your concerns—which was through this review—I contacted you the following day, acknowledged the mistake, and offered a full refund for the roof repair. We believe this is the right thing to do under the circumstances. It is never our intention to take payment and move on or to prioritize one job over another. Every customer and every home matters to us. I understand your frustration and regret that this situation led to a loss of trust.
