Protex Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Protex Roofing.

Don’t waste your time, very unprofessional. Did not keep an appointment and did not even call to cancel. I wanted to choose this company because of the reviews however they were very misleading in my case. Anyone who does not have the courtesy to call and cancel on you if they can’t make it is not worth my hard earned money.

Hello we do apologize it was our mistake on double booking your appointment due to an emergency leak repair from the heavy rain that day. We strive to offer every customer a 5 star service and currently implementing a new scheduling system that prevents this inconvenience. Your feedback is important to us. Again we are truly sorry for the inconvenience.

Protex did a great job of replacing an existing leaking vent cap with a new one ensuring that all possible leak paths were addressed and sealed. They assessed the decking underneath and confirmed no water damage to, allowing for a financially feasible fix. Thorough and affordable. Would recommend
