I don't like doing this but feel like people should know who they are hiring. Over the last month or so I have personal seen the testarossa roofing truck (Red Dodge Ram) with the entire crew drinking alcohol right from first thing in the …

Hi Jordan, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. The crew you are referring to was a newly hired team that had been with us for approximately five weeks. While their workmanship had met our standards, our company maintains a strict zero tolerance policy regarding alcohol in work vehicles the entire crew in question has previously been terminated as a result of this type of conduct and other related concerns. Even on rain days, no one should be drinking beer in the truck. This does not align with the professional standards, quality, and attention to detail that Testarossa Roofing Inc. in has built over many years. I want to assure you that no one was operating on a roof, intoxicated, nor was there any vehicle accident involving our company truck however consuming alcohol in a company vehicle during work hours is completely unacceptable and is something we will not tolerate under any circumstance. We have since replaced the crew with individuals who share our companies values, including professionalism, respect, and accountability Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Best regards, Bryan and Jessie Ruelens Testarossa Roofing Inc..

Update: Owner harassed and yelled at me for negative review. Workers have no respect for people whose homes they are working on. Brought a speaker and blasted music outside bedroom windows at 8am every day after being told to stop every …

Hi Ms. Davidson, As the 15 year owner and operator of Testarossa Roofing I was very disheartened to read this very inaccurate and defamatory posting on our otherwise stellar reviews. I have personally been supervising this job and after speaking with my crew we have decided to respond. The following will be a rebuttal of your claims. 1. Our crew has played music only on the main roof peaks, not in-front of any of the windows or doors and we employ a modest size radio or bluetooth speaker that does not ever go to max volume. We are now on the fourth block of the complex and no one has approached anyone regarding music at all at anytime, including yourself. A COMPLETE FABRICATION 2. The board of this complex has been alerted 48 hours prior to beginning a townhouse block and landlords have the responsibility to alert their tenants to remove any vehicles from the driveways during work hours. When front entrances were blocked for brief periods (30-40 mins.) All units have rear doors to go through safely, no one was blocked into their houses. That being said, all patrons have for the most part been timely and respectful in getting their cars out every morning. Front porches and driveways have been pyloned off and tarped, and in the demolition process NO vehicles were in the way NO cars were struck or damaged in any way and no furniture was damaged. NONE. This is a complete fabrication. 3. All of the dump bins and tarping was removed each day before noon, no cars were blocked in garages, and tenants were all given ample time to plan in advance of work being done. 4. This is the most troubling of your accusations, which was taken very seriously and the workers were all quite shocked an upset. As a father of 4 including two girls, I take such a comment very seriously. Of the 5 man crew, 3 are fathers of girls who's privacy we each respect very deeply. The front of your townhouse block has 21 large windows that all look out to the front porches which we use to access the mai

Bryan gave me a quote which was much more competitive than other quotes I received. The job was small and most contractors couldn't be bothered. He came in a timely manner, had the job completed and all cleaned up in hours. I would highly recommend that if you need anything done to your roof, big or small, you give Bryan a call.

Thank you Terri for the great review. I know the snow and ice retention guards you had added to your steel roof will make for a safer and more secure winter. Not to mention will keep your evestrough intact and un-damaged by sliding ice! Thank you for choosing Testarossa

We had such a wonderful experience working with Brian and Jessie at Tessarossa. We had our roof replaced and a bunch of the wood underneath and all new vents done. Everything went very smoothly from the scheduling to finish. They were very professional, I highly recommend Testarossa.

The quote and wait time was very fair and we really appreciated Bryan's expertise on re-assessing after the roof was uncovered, giving us options. The clarity, honesty and hard work by the owners and crew made it a pleasure having them on the project. Thanks guys !

I hired Bryan to do a small repair on my roof. He and his partner had the repair taken care of in short order. Pricing was fair and great workmanship. I would call them again if I need repairs again.

We had 2 skylights that didn't survive last winters heavy snow, the tops got crushed. So they had to be replaced. Wanted to go local and contacted Testarossa. The quote given was very reasonable ( less than we thought it would be)and we are very happy with the job that the crew have done. Would recommend.
