  I don't understand the good reviews this company is receiving. I phoned them because I had several cracks on the foundation wall in my basement. They came out the same day to look at the cracks and then told me their boss Stewart would send me a quote to my email address. This was on June 13/22. To date I have not heard back and I sent them a text message on June 16/22 to ask if they have come up with a quote. Never heard back from anyone. Is it possible the good reviews are from jobs they cherry picked and are deemed easy to complete. I'm a service manager for a large utility and I would never ignore a customers request or a promised follow up.

  Great work. Would recommend hiring them. Stuart and Kieron got the job done quickly. An interior weeper system on my block foundation. Biggest positive is the crew was so clean in their work. Ducts taped off. Stairway tarped off. Mats laid down. Everything swept. No trace left behind other than the work done. Crew didnt screw around and all were very friendly to my wife, dog and child when I was away. No scary strange people in your house.

  I cannot thank Stuart, Kieran and his partners enough for their prompt response and assessment of a leak in our foundation wall. This is our first spring in this house and a hidden crack caused water to leak under finished flooring and into the furnace room! Imagine our urgency!! PH Group was referred to us by 2 other parties who highly recommended them. Stuart arrived and made a few changes in his scheduling to have this addressed ASAP. Referred to as an ACTIVE LEAK! After ripping out the flooring we were able to control the spread with towels wringing them out every couple hours, even through the night until they could fix it the next day! Prompt, respectful service. The team isolated the leak and filled it with hydrostatic cement and after treating this for a few hours they were on their way and our basement is dry!!!! Cannot thank PH Group enough for their team. 10 out of 5 stars!!!

  My basement was heavily flooding from the snow melt and heavy rain we had recently. A quick phone call with Stuart and he came over right away for a quote and to create a game plan to fix the flooding. PH Group did great work and fixed a very stressful situation within a couple days. If you have basement flooding just call PH Group!!!!
