We had some critter damage to our soffit that needed immediate repair. Jacob responded quickly to our phone call, quoted and completed the project within days. We also had him replace evestroughing. The work was completed to a high quality and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lance Unlimited.

Jacob is a neighbour, and when we approached him with some concerns we had regarding our flashing and vents, he came and looked at it right away. He had suggestions as to what we required, but asked us what we wanted! He gave us a quote, and completed the work the next day. Would highly recommend Jacob and his company Lance Unlimited as he is thorough, pays attention to detail, and gave us exactly what we wanted.

Thanks for being available even in the dead of winter. Eased my concerns with my siding problems after some pretty rough winds. Jacob stands by his work. Made sure I was taken care of. He cares about his craft and his clients. He even identified some potential issues for future consideration.
