I wish I could give zero stars. We moved at the end of last summer (2021). We contacted this company at that time to come and fix one small piece of flashing on the side of our roof. The previous owner of our new house used this company in the past which is why we contacted them instead of other options. It took multiple, consistent attempts to get a hold of anyone - they DO NOT respond to emails, phone-calls or voicemails. Once we were FINALLY able to speak with someone, they came by to check out the repair and advised us someone would come back and fix this one piece. No one came back. No one followed up. Today is June 14, 2022 and we have not heard from them since last year. We also had a small leak in our upstairs bathroom in the early spring and attempted to reach out NUMEROUS times and did not hear back at all. If you have one year available to wait to have one small piece of flashing fixed, then this is the company for you. If you expect the bare minimum of customer service like answering calls or responding to emails, or people following through on what they say they will do, this is not the company to use. TERRIBLE customer service!

  Excellent location!

One Trusted Source for Both the Install and the Materials Years of roofing, siding, door and window installations have taught us which building materials actually hold up in our climate. Our home improvement store gives homeowners and contractors the same trusted brands we rely on for our own projects. Whether you're tackling a full exterior overhaul or a smaller repair, our store carries vinyl siding, soffit, fascia, trim coil, GAF roofing shingles, caulking, and a selection of windows and doors. If you don't see what you need on the shelf, we can usually order it in. The difference is firsthand knowledge. When we recommend a product, it's because we've installed it on real homes across Dufferin and Simcoe County and seen how it performs. It's the same standard behind every roof, window, and siding job we complete, available to you whether you're hiring us for the install or handling the project yourself. Stop by our Orangeville location to see the full selection and talk to our team about what's right for your home.6 days agoLearn more
