  I had my roof replaced with a lifetime warranty on shingles/labor. I had a leak so I got Ed back to have a look. It was in an area that had leaked before and was one of the reasons I had the roof replaced. Ed looked at it and said he doesn't like to work for free....so what? Am I supposed to pay? The roof was just replaced and it leaked! I don't like to pay for poor workmanship and I wouldn't use them If I were you! They came back after missing the first appointment which I took time off work for. They did a poor repair and it still leaked. I had a local roofer fix it out of pocket. Definitely pissed off even years later! Can't fix this one Ed!

  Hey Dan , not sure what you’re talking about , but that said , we do 80 houses a year , as a company we have done over 2900 and we still busy . . Please enlighten me to what the problem was ?? Since our workmanship is so bad , did you have to replace the whole roof ? What did it cost you to have the repair done , I will gladly pay for it . I understand your frustration but I have to be honest , I don’t recall .

  Ed will make you all kinds of promises and tell you what you want to hear but if he gets a job that pays more than yours, he will put you on the back burner. He will tell you they're on their way to do your job but in reality Ed's crew is at another job that pays more. After 4 days of broken promises and excuses, he even went as far as saying his crew was on their way to my house, but after waiting for 3 hours, he said his crew stopped for lunch, then he told me that he "didn't know where they were." He finally told me that they were on a "bigger" job and they would be at my place "first thing in the morning". Well, the first thing the next morning, they never showed up. That's when I texted Ed and told him his business practices left a lot to be desired and that our business dealings were concluded. I would NOT hire Peaks and Valleys for any further business dealings.

  Hey Billy , this is how I support my family . Seems you left out quite a few details on how it actually went down . All good my friend I will see you at Darts and we can talk . But for those that care about what actually happened , Mr Cruise call me for quote , I happily provided him with one , I also told him when I get some free time I will have the boys out to take care of him , few days went by we had rain in forecast so I scheduled repairs Mr Billy was one , 4 repairs that day some were In Blue mountain , so I had the guys do them first and make there way to Collingwood then to Bills ,that morning I called Billy to let him know , he was happy of course while doing some job’s especially repairs you never know what your getting into so they took longer then they planned. Mr Bill was into the sauce that day and was taking things out of context and hearing whatever he wanted to hear , I refused to argue with a drunk And hung up , my mistake our Google rating is now 4.8 seems a lot of our customers have a different opinion then you Billy Boy All the best Sir Cheers

  Our 4.9 rating on Google is something we are proud of and work hard to keep it . Anyone who chooses to believe all the false information you are slandering us with is fine with us , that's entirely up to them and wish wish them the best ! We have stayed in Business for 32 years and have completed over 2000 projects in our existence if your roof has a defect like you are now claiming that would be a manufacturing issue and we can provide you with all the necessary documentation to correct any roof issue you are having . Normally I would do all this but the constant lies and name calling has left a sour taste in our mouths we appreciate your support and paying us in full , Like I said when we first met we only expect payment when you are satisfied Wish you and your family all the best and may your son continue to Rest in peace Godbless

  Used these guys a few years ago. Paid them $8000. The shingles staid on the house for about a year then started flying off. They wouldn't return my calls. Had the hole roof redone two years later properly for $25000, DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE

  Peaks and Valleys Construction is a great company. After 4 months of calling and leaving messages for about 10 companies, only 2 called Me me back. There prices were ridiculous. I finally found Peaks and Valley Construction. They messaged immediately at a great price and my eavestrough was replaced in 2 days. I recommend this company 100%. This is the only company I will be calling in the future. Thanks guys

  Ed and his crew took on our very large and quite complicate steel roof replacement and the results are outstanding. Attentive to detail, very friendly and professional, and very accommodating to minor requests. Highly recommended!

  Peaks and Valleys is the company to hire for your roofing needs. I have a flat garage roof and Ed and his team were efficient, friendly, reasonably priced and they cleaned up after the job was completed! I highly recommend them.
