We really appreciate the team at Terra Firma Roofing. From our first call with Austin, we felt sure we made the right choice for our roofing and gutter work. They listened carefully to our concerns, explained each step in simple detail, and managed the whole project smoothly from beginning to end. Austin and Cesar kept us updated on the gutter costs, work schedule, and overall timeline with clear communication. The installation crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and delivered excellent workmanship. The new gutters look great, fit the roofline well, and the whole job was handled with real care and attention to detail. We were very pleased with the professionalism, organization, and quality of the service throughout the project.

I had this roofing company replace my roof, and they did solid work. The house looked much better after they fixed some weak plywood decking under the shingles during the roof replacement. More recently, I called because an animal had damaged the rubber pipe boot around the roof penetration where the electrical line enters the home, which caused a leak. They had originally installed that flashing part when the roof was done. It was not a problem with their materials or workmanship, but they still came out to inspect it. Even though the labor warranty had already passed, they repaired it at no charge. That kind of helpful service and support really stands out, and I would gladly recommend them for roofing repairs and roof replacement.

Cesar and his crew were excellent roofers, with fair pricing and honest service. When an urgent roof leak turned into a full roof replacement, including new plywood sheathing, a roof fan, vent pipe flashings, and a few finishing touch-ups, Terra Firma Roofing handled the whole job smoothly and finished it in a quick turnaround. The new roof looks great, the workmanship feels solid, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. I would recommend them for any roofing project in Lakeside, and I would gladly use them again for future roof repairs or replacement work. My lasting impression was not only how good the new roof looks, but also how clean the property was left after the job was done.

Overall, the experience was great. the roofers did a professional job, and they cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. The roofing work moved at a steady pace, even though it took a little longer than expected. We would have liked more daily updates on the progress, but the crew still stayed focused and kept the project moving. Communication could have been better at times, though everyone was polite and hardworking. The gutter installation was also excellent, and the finished roof looks solid and well done. After a little rain, we noticed some leftover shingle debris had clogged part of a rain gutter, which caused water to overflow near a damaged section by the window area. Luckily, we caught it early and got it handled before any real damage happened. Even with that small issue, austin and the crew delivered quality roofing and gutter work, and we were very happy with the final result.

A roofing team was the first to reach out to us about damage to our roof. We picked them over the other contractors because our neighbor had also used them for a roof replacement and said their workmanship would be solid. Austin was at our …

From start to finish, this was one of the best roofing experiences we have had. We were new to Lakeside, and a neighbor recommended the company for a roof replacement, so we decided to move forward. Cesar and Austin were very helpful with the whole roofing process and worked well with the insurance adjusters too. They built a friendly, honest, and patient relationship with us and never felt pushy at any point. My wife and I felt like we were being treated like longtime friends, and that made the entire project even better. The roof installation process was impressive. Our tear-off and new roof install were completed in just one day, which was faster and smoother than we expected. During the middle of the job, the roofing demo, noise, and materials around the work area looked like a lot, but the crew stayed organized and professional the whole time. When the work was finished and I went outside that evening, the new roof looked amazing in the light. It really stood out and gave the house a fresh new look. The cleanup was just as impressive as the installation. The yard was left spotless, and there was no mess left behind. Everything turned out perfectly, and the roof has performed great with no leaks at all. We are very happy with the results and would gladly recommend this roofing team to anyone in Lakeside.

I had my roof replaced again after storm damage, and this time the experience was completely different in the best way. Austin was professional, easy to work with, and took the time to explain the roofing process clearly from start to finish. The crew not only handled the roof replacement with great workmanship, but also repaired the damaged siding and found bad sections of roof decking that had been missed before and properly fixed them before installing new shingles. The quality of the roofing work really stood out, and the attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence. Everything was done the right way, the job site was kept clean, and the finished roof looks excellent. It is a relief to know I now have a roofer I can trust for any future roofing repairs or replacement needs.

Terra Firma Roofing did quality roof work for us, and the crew responded quickly when we first called about an active roof leak. Austin and Cesar were professional, explained what needed to be repaired, and made sure we understood the roofing issues before moving forward. The leak repair and follow-up roof work were handled well, and the finished results looked great. There were a few delays in communication along the way, but the team stayed helpful and kept the project moving. Some additional roof repairs were found once they got into the job, which makes sense with older roofing areas that need more attention. After discussing the condition of the roof and the next steps, they returned and completed the needed work while we were away, which was very convenient. We appreciated that the roofers were honest about what could be done right away and what would require more work. In a neighborhood where homeowners often compare multiple roofing bids for out-of-pocket repairs, it is important to feel comfortable with the scope and value of the job. In the end, the workmanship was strong, the repairs were completed properly, and the roof issue was taken care of. A little more consistent communication would make the experience even better, but we would still recommend them to others looking for reliable roofing service.
