About 2 months ago i got a call from a roofing company that installed our roof many years back and offered a free roof inspection after several strong storms around La Mesa. A few days later, todd texted me, introduced himself, and let me know when he would stop by. He arrived on time, checked the shingles, flashing, and other roof areas, and explained everything in simple terms. Thankfully, the roof was still in very good shape. After another windy storm, we noticed one shingle lifting up, so we called again. todd came back out, secured the loose shingle right away, and did the small repair at no charge. He was professional, honest, and easy to work with. i really appreciated the quick response because it helped prevent a bigger roofing issue later on. great service, fair help, and a team that stands behind their work. i would gladly call them again for any roof repair or inspection.

Working with this roofing team has been a great experience. We first had them come out for a gutter cleanout, and the crew was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. Later on, the office followed up with a helpful reminder to schedule another gutter service, which made things so much easier since it had been sitting on our home maintenance list for a while. They got us on the schedule quickly and completed the gutter cleanout again with the same level of care. Everyone we have spoken with has been pleasant and professional. Jay was organized, efficient, and took the time to look over our roofing and gutter needs carefully. The office team was helpful and accommodating, and the field crew was polite, respectful, and hardworking. Our gutters look clean and work much better now, and we are very happy with the service. It is clear they take pride in roofing and gutter work, and we would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof or gutter service.

i had a few roofing companies check one of my rental homes after i found visible leak damage that was already there. the first few roofers did not stand out and felt like they were just going through the motions. when i reached out for a roof inspection, the experience felt different right away. from the first call to the visit itself, the service was welcoming, professional, and easy to work with. jay showed up on time, carefully looked over the roof, flashing, and leak areas, and explained both the good and bad parts of the situation in simple terms. he was honest, straightforward, and genuinely seemed focused on helping me solve the roofing issue instead of just trying to sell a job. i appreciated how clearly he walked me through the condition of the roof so i could make an informed decision about the repairs. as a property owner, that kind of direct communication and real customer care matters a lot. i want a roofer who will be upfront, point out the problem areas, and recommend the right fix without sugarcoating anything. this was a very positive experience, and i would gladly call again for future roofing work on my other rental properties.

We had Coastal Crest Roofing come out to replace our roof after storm damage, and the whole process turned out great. jay, our sales contact, was courteous, helpful, and very knowledgeable about roofing materials, the claim process, and what to expect at each step. he gave us excellent support while working through the insurance details and kept in close communication from beginning to end, so we never felt confused or left wondering what was next. The roofing crew was professional, efficient, and very careful with the property. They worked clean, protected the area well, and did a solid job on the roof installation. When the skylight work caused a small mess inside, they went above and beyond to clean up the interior too, not just the outside. that level of care really stood out to us. A full roof replacement can feel stressful, especially after weather-related damage, but this experience was smooth and manageable. the workmanship looks excellent, the new roof looks beautiful, and we are completely satisfied with the final result. i would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or skylight work.

We recently had Coastal Crest Roofing install a TPO membrane roof over our porch, and we were really impressed with how flexible and efficient the team was throughout the whole process. Before that, we had them put in 9 inches of insulation, a TPO membrane, and a metal edge on the low-slope roof of our older home. Jay and the crew showed a lot of patience and skill while handling a few tricky spots and making sure everything was done right. Their quote was fair—right in the middle—and we felt it was a great value considering the quality of work. We're very happy with the results and are confident our new roof will protect our home for years to come, especially during those hot California days.

Jay and Evan turned what could have been a stressful roofing project into a really smooth experience. I needed my roof checked out in La Mesa to see if it needed to be replaced, and they made the whole process fast, simple, and clear. They explained that my roof was in good shape for now and didn’t need any repairs or replacement, and they shared helpful details about my roof’s condition and how to contact them if I need anything later on. The whole experience was professional and trustworthy. I’ll definitely call them again for any roofing needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofer.

A few years back, i picked Coastal Crest Roofing for some roof repairs on my house in la mesa. i was so happy with how professional and reliable they were, i called them again recently for another roof issue. they're really easy to work with—always honest and quick to respond. this time, i was out of state and had to manage everything by phone, but they made it simple. they handled things directly with my renters, kept me updated with photos as the work went on, and communicating with them was a breeze. they even let me pay through venmo, which made everything super smooth even though i was far away. if my first experience hadn’t been so trustworthy, i would have been worried about being gone during the repair, but i know they’re dependable. todd was awesome and i’ll definitely call again if i need more roofing work.
