  I am very alarmed to be getting this email to be reviewing the work; they left a lot of trash at our home and the work doesn’t appear to be completed. We received no closure, no follow up; just a text message saying they were done and this link to review.

  I contacted this company since they did a roof inspection for the seller before I bought it.... It needed a new skylight and I wanted to put in an attic fan and a garage solar powered fan that would go through the garage. They come out, we talk come up with a plan, I get the drop box contract signed, all seems fine..... Then crickets... Weeks go by. It hot as neck out. I call back and nobody answers. Finally the owner answers, 'I'll get someone right on it'..... Crickets again. I call back again because I had someone else on my roof for gutters and he said there were small cracks in the chimney. Someone answers and says that Tim will re-do the drop Box docs right away and revise the estimate..... weeks go by... Nothing! I call back again, "Tim will call you right back..." the next day I get a random call with no caller ID. Leaves a voicemail... "well there is a delay in the skylight" I call right back.... No answer..... leave a voicemail... no call back.... I said OK, the skylight is delayed, so where is my attic and garage fans?? You haven't even scheduled anything... Crickets..... So finally I call, again, no answer and leave a long VM. I get a text from a random number saying its Dana Logsdon... He can't listen to the voicemail, and he now texts from 2 numbers simultaneously.. Like, who am I really talking to?? So I text back a long text and finally just canceled the entire project. I figure if they can't even make proper plans or answer the phone, how in the world can they do a proper roof repair?

  I would not recommend using this company. They have extremely poor customer service and are not reliable. I set up a job to have gutters installed on my home. The appointment was scheduled and verified multiple times. I took vacation from work to be home on the agreed upon and scheduled time, however the work crew never showed up. After an hour passed from the scheduled appointment time, I reached out to the company who did not know where the crew was and put me in touch with the crew supervisor. After speaking with the crew supervisor, he stated the company scheduled another “minor job” an hour before my appointment and they would be to my house at noon. At 2:45 pm, the crew had still not shown up and I called the company again. The office still did not know where the crew was and had to reach out to the site supervisor. They told me the crew was backed up and they would have to give me an urgent rescheduled appointment for the next day. Of course at 3 pm, I could not call my work and request another vacation day because this company could not keep their scheduled appointment, nor even give me the courtesy of calling me to let me know or following up with me after I reached out to them. I lost an entire day’s worth of pay sitting at my house waiting and then was asked to take another vacation day to reschedule. For customer service training, the customer should not have to call your company multiple times to find out why your work crews are not showing up. If you can’t keep your scheduled appointments, don’t know where or what your crews are doing, and can’t bother reaching out to your client to let them know when there is an issue, this calls into question your ability to provide quality service and product. For anyone looking for a company that provides these services, there are many others in San Diego and I recommend not doing business with this one.

  Great initial experience and great quote to work together. Was completely ghosted when it came time to book. Followed up 4 times and never received a response to sign contract and make payment. Weird...

  They should pay more attention to how their employees are driving the trucks. One of their drivers nearly hit my car due to very aggressive driving. This kind of behavior is unsafe and unacceptable. I can’t use a company whose employees act like this on the road.

  Had these guys out to quote a deck repair of their previous work that failed and was causing water damage. Was told I’d hear back in 24 hrs. It’s been well over a week now… nothing.

  The main problem of the crooked exhaust vent was not resolved. They cut the wood rather than doing the hard work of centering the pipe on the existing hole.

  Dana and his crew did an OUTSTANDING repair and re-seal on my home roof and detached garage roof. The price was great and Dana communicated everything that needed to be repaired. His crew was also very conscientious of the other contractors working at the same time as well. I highly recommend Dana if you need your roof inspected and repaired!

  I highly recommend Dana for anyone looking for a thorough, professional, and trustworthy roof inspection. Dana was incredibly detailed and took the time to carefully inspect the roof and explain everything clearly.
