  AVOID TEMPEL ROOFING.!!!!!Tempel was very pushy at first in having us sign the contract which we did because we were in need of getting the roof done due to raining season last year. Eddie was in charge of getting us going but never showed up and nothing was getting done but as soon as we told him a check came inn he was there within a couple of hours for month we where just waiting. Turns out eddie was not working any longer with tempel (because he didn't like how the company was being ran and other reasons I will not post) canceled my contract with tempel months ago as nothing was being done . Owner Ryan Tempel called and made up excuses as why nothing been done and that he was out of state. (Seems like that's his favorite excuse) so he said Richard Tate will take over. Everything was going the same I would reach out to richard Tate and no answer text or return calls. Once he finally answer he had no update and blamed others and that Ryan tempel has not given an update. We finally talk to Ryan and let him know we stoped and asked to receive the money back as they have not done anything but showed up once took pictures and never came back (15 mins max) . He said no that he will keep the 30% that's in the contract and send out the rest . (Mabey he can use OUR money to go out of state and have a nice vacation.) been month and we Have not received the money form temple no return calls or voicemails. next step will be going to a small court claim on Ryan temple and his company.! roof did get fixed by AZ ROOFING COMPANY witch they did amazing and got to it ASAP calls where being answered and returned and was being kept up to date . guys Avoid the headache and stress I don't recommend temple roofing . Ryan hopefully you finally answer my calls And returned the money that's not yours . !!!

  I am sorry you feel that we as a company have a professional disagreement. However, this is not the way to deal with a professional disagreement with any company. It is an obvious attempt to hold our reputation hostage while abusing a tool meant for consumers to vet how they will be treated as a customer with a company. These people are not on here to participate in the petty drama of past representatives. Please remove this post as it is neither the medium nor environment to express professional grievances. For those reading this I apologize for this posting. This unfortunate drama luckily ends here as individual is not a part of our company. If you look at reviews form our actual customers you will see how we treat our customers and operate with integrity. We do not currently have a single review from an actual customer that is less than 5 STARS. This is because we go above and beyond and stand by our work.

  This was a long hurry up and wait because of our insurance company. Thanks to Ryan for his patience, communication and persistence we started our project. Took us almost a year due to insurance delays. Ryan and his crew are absolutely incredible! The workmanship was amazing I am so excited and proud of our new roof! Ryan was responsive to any questions or concerns we had. His crews were ON TIME, here when they said they would be. Highly recommend!! Honestly 10/10 stars if i could give more than 5! 😊

  In short ... Tempel Roofing did an EXCELLENT job managing my insurance claim and installing my new roof. I HIGHLY recommend them. I had an older roof with storm damage. I saw other homes in my area that had used Tempel Roofing with great looking results. So, I called Tempel Roofing, and I’m really glad that I did. I was very concerned about cost and knew very little about what to expect in the claims process. Ryan and his team helped me to understand the process and was up-front with me on the timelines involved. While it was a bit of a wait until everything was reviewed, negotiated and finalized, Tempel Roofing delivered to expectations. And during the wait, Ryan made sure that my house was protected from any further water damage by securing the weak spots. Ryan and his team helped to initiate my claim; were present at insurance inspections; were always available to answer my questions; and significantly reduced my out-of-pocket costs. I now have a nice looking and well-built roof that is up to code. In my experience, Tempel Roofing has proven to be a knowledgeable, quality driven, and honest company.   Jay Adrion at Tempel Roofing has done excellent work with my insurance to get my roof replaced. When we started, he laid out the hurdles to expect and how they’d be cleared. When I had questions along the way, Jay was quick to update me with where we were and how things were proceeding. I’m confident the roof will be completed next week with the quality delivered to date. I’m glad I chose Tempel and got to work with Jay.

  I can't express how wonderful this company is. My elderly mother called them to come out and look at her roof for due to some damage that she had noticed. Temple came out and evaluated her roof and determined that the roof needed to be replaced due to storm damage. My mom contacted her insurance company to put in a claim, I will not mention the insurance company by name but lets just say they were NOT a good neighbor, and of course they denied it. Temple went to bat for my mom. They hired independent adjustors, and had the shingles tested and sent all the result to the insurance company. They did not give up and finally, after more than a year got the insurance company to pay for the replacement! I appreciate the effort that they put in and the time. They could have moved on, but knew that my mom was on as fixed income and could not afford to replace the roof when the insurance company was obviously responsible. Thank you Ryan and Jay for sticking with it.....your guys did a fabulous job and the roof is beautiful.

  This was a pleasant experience. The sales rep Richard was very helpful and answered all my questions both before and during installation. The installation was without problems. Ricardo was very helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this company as they truly care about their clients.

  I had a wonderful experience with this company. Jay A. was ALWAYS in contact with me, available to answer any questions and willing to stop by the house and talk in person. In the office, Brenda O. was AMAZING in the job she did working with my insurance company directly, and was available to explain issues, as needed. Mr. Yussef supervised the roofers like a "band director" keeping the replacement of the roofing materials flowing smoothly... GREAT JOB , all in all... I LOVE MY NEW ROOF!!!

  Jay was very helpful anytime I had a question I Would call and he will get back to me very quickly. Brenda calls and explain things that we’re going on to me. The roofers were wonderful. They did a great job cleaned up so well after themselves. It was a good experience. The only negative is how long It took to start. I do understand that was the insurance company, I definitely love my new roof and would refer anybody to temple that needed a roof
