  Your dump trailer is blocking the view of the pinellas trail when trying to enter the roundabout from pop stansel. Have had two close calls with bikers due to very limited visibility of the trail, ever since your trailer was put there. Would hate for there to be an accident.

  We used Armored Roofing in 2021. My husband walked the roof prior to the shingles and found lots of rotten wood to be replaced before shingles nobody spoke English. The obese foreman stood on the overhang and it collapsed. Luckily no one was hurt! Frank the supervisor said the overhang was not done properly and he would need an additional 2K. So we paid even tho we had no issues in The 34 years we lived here . Fast-forward, we had rain when there was only tarpaper. They immediately put the roof on and luckily for us because the roof look like crap. The city didn’t get mid inspection so they had to redo the entire roof. Had another roof installed 2022 Fast forward Hurricane Milton came and our roof flipped back, and exposed the rafters and ruined our newly professional painted master bedroom upstairs we contacted the owner, Keegan at Amored roofing and he said “I don’t work for free” he’s a nice guy unless he has to pay for his mistakes. Nobody in our community had roofing issues except for us.

  Bonnie, Our team answered every call to the office that you made and we had a confirmed appointment to come and inspect the storm damage on your roof and you cancelled it. Your scope of work did not include adding an optional taper system to the flat roof. We always recommend adding a taper system but this was not part of your scope of work. You called your insurance carrier and filed a claim for storm damage and then contacted us after. I offered to come and inspect the roof for damage and help make the necessary repairs due to the storm damage. You agreed and then later called and cancelled the appointment. We stand behind our warranties and our work. If there is anything we can assist you with in the future, please reach back out and return one of our many many phone calls.

  Sir we have plenty of phone calls and emails showing we contacted you several times about your roof install and the peppercorn needed. The last communication we gave you was that yes we were waiting on YOU to send in the paperwork for the deed as the house that you purchased was not in your name yet so we couldn’t pull a permit. You knew this days before you drove to the job claiming we were supposed to be there after we told you we did not have the permit yet. Then you proceeded to yell at my office staff and use swear words after we not only tried to squeeze you in a busy schedule but also discounted your roof. So yes I politely asked you to take your business somewhere else because at the end of the day my team works hard in an already hard working environment and that was completely uncalled for and unprofessional.

  Blaming us for missing your appointment seems a bit unfair. We also have a 24 hour answering service that answers missed calls and sends us an email that is monitored to call back asap. Our system also text you in advance of our arrival within 30 min. So all these statements are actually just not true. You also wanted the bathroom stack removed after the roof was installed, you had special ordered shingles which time to get in and when they arrived we fixed it at no cost. I have plenty of documented color ups with you from our office and field techs via text email and calls. I also have photos of all work completed. It’s hard enough building a company with todays internet access so leaving False reviews like this out of frustration for situations that are out of our control doesn’t seem justified. As always if you have any other issues feel free to give us a call.

  Team Armored are exceptional. Keegan, the owner, stayed involved every step of the way. He and his team are very professional and conscientious. The team that did our roof were some of the hardest workers I've ever experienced. I can't say enough about our experience with them.   Team Armored Roofing did an amazing job on my roof! They addressed all of my concerns and sent a team out to take care of the entire job in one day. My roof is fairly small so it was possible to do it within a 12 hour period. They even made combinations earlier in the week due to rain coming the following day. I highly recommend their service! The girls in the office are very kind as well. Thanks again!
