  What is wrong with your company? Can you not educate or control your employees? You have prior photos and 1 star reviews for the same guy disregarding NO SOLICITING signs, and he comes and knocks on my door on a Saturday? …

  So this employee of yours decides to knock on my tenants door because they saw a Roofing Pros sign in my yard. Proceeds to try to interfere with the contract I have with them because he says they are crooks, have a 2 star rating on google, and his company has over 2000 positive reviews. 1st you should ask for the owner of the home before discussing these things with anyone so you don't spread false information to my tenants. 2nd Roofing Pros has a 4.9 star rating which turns out to be better than yours. 3rd you do not have over 2000 positive reviews. Lastly that is not how you run a business. Maybe you don't know this employee is representing you this way but I find it very disturbing that this person would go out of his way to down another business that has been nothing but great to me. May want to check your young car salesman and teach him some honesty and respect. He has none.

  This is not a review of their roofing services! it is about the carelessness of their workers and the fact that they operate unsupervised. I live next to a site they have been working on for the last few months. Last week on a very windy day, I had to beg their employees to secure their work so material does not fly over and damage my house/property. Of course, you get the look (oh! we don't speak English treatment). Last Saturday, their workers having a snack on the roof, one of them wrapped the leftovers in a bag, put a big chunk of concrete in the bag and threw it down my garden!.. Lucky them it wasn't me who saw them but my wife. Then lucky me, bunch of crows drag the bag with the concrete on my lawn, ate the food and left me a big mess! I cleaned it up, but for Goodness sake tell your workers to respect people property's.. Yes I am sick and tired of collecting the cans, the bags, and the little material that you send over to my place!!.. don't worry your workers are not the only ones doing that from that site, but yours have the height advantage to make their junk reach further!

  We met with an Arry's Project Manager for quotes on various roofing types for our home. After receiving an email quote from Arry's on solar roofing, we replied with a detailed list of questions. More than 2 weeks passed and the representative never followed up with answers to our questions, even after 3 attempts from us to remind him. After 1 week of no response, I replied to an internal email survey that was requested from Arry's and no one else from the company bothered to follow up either. It seems that Arry's is too busy and definitely not interested in earning our business. We plan to use another company who demonstrated professionalism and follow-through.

  I didn't use them because after setting up an appointment to get a quote they contacted me back to inform me that they didn't service manufactured homes. They might be great at what they do but I can't comment on their work or pricing. I heard about them on Christian radio Joy FM. I was hoping to possibly do business with them. I wish they would have recommended another trustworthy company that I could contact instead of just canceling my appointment because they didn't serve people with my type of home.

  I attempted to resolve outside of this forum. Called two straight days. No one willing to take ownership of knocking over my mailbox with their trucks. They may do well on fixing your roof but their response to mistakes like property damage is not a strong suit

  I had a small leak in my roof and called Arry's Roofing Service to setup an appointment for 2/10/20. On 2/10/20 Ronald from Arry's roofing company came out to check my roof for a leak. He was unable to find a leak but gave me a quote of $600 to repair a section of my roof. I have a home warranty that was included when I bought the house and I submitted a claim with the quote of $600 to repair my roof. The home warranty company told me they needed additional information in order to process my claim. I called Arry's roofing service 2/11/20 to let them know I needed additional information to process my claim and was given Ronald's phone number which I called several times and left a couple of voice messages a week ago. I did not hear from Ronald and again called Arry's roofing service on Monday. I was transferred to I believe Anna who works with Ronald. I left a voice message and again have not heard back from the company. I have decided to use another roofing company as Arry's Roofing Services do not seem reliable.

  Arrys roofing was the best decision on our roof replacement. Attention to detail and meeting updated hurricane codes is what we were expecting. The field managers as well as office staff patiently addressed all of our concerns. We will use them on our future properties as well.

  We have had the best experience with Arry’s! First, Sharief was patient with us giving us multiple options for some issues we were considering doing like a flat roof. In the end, we chose our roof, had it done in just a day and couldn’t be happier! All communication was spot on, any questions or concerns we had were met with quickly and efficiently! We now understand why Arry’s truly is the best as what they do and would be happy to refer friends and family to them forever! May God continue to bless and flourish their business!

  EXCELLENT!!! From the moment Sharief arrived I felt like I was dealing with a professional who was not only extremely knowledgeable but sincere. Never felt like I was being "sold" but I was being informed. Sharief explained and answered all my concerns. Of course price was a major factor and there were (2) other companies I got quotes from. When the project manager makes you a priority answered calls and return calls PROMPTLY it shows he/they care. The installers were diligent, respectful of my property and worked their butts off. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

  Arry's Roofing of Tarpon Springs just did a new roof for us which looks fabulous. Everyone at Arry's have been extremely helpful and very efficient, plus a great price. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof.

  Excellent service. From Sharief’s original appointment to the final cleanup, Arry’s went above and beyond. We needed our flat roof repaired and they did a great job. We got Live Photos throughout the day to show us their progress. They even raked the grass for any tiny debris when they were done! We would highly recommend this company. Well done everyone!

  Arry's placed roof years ago. I had a tiny leak Arry's crew came within days got up on the roof and fixed the minimal problem so it didn't turn into a big problem. This is a fantastic family business ,all is under warranty. I feel safe with work done recommend highly!!!THANK YOU

  Sharief and Arry’s were so great to work with. Had issues with a different roof company’s work and they assessed everything and repaired with a more than fair price and quickly. Wish we would’ve gone with them to begin with. I’ll use them for any other roof replacement or repair.

  It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that is professional. Getting repair bids from 5 roofing company’s, Arry’s Roofing was 1 of 2 that impressed me.
