Based on my experience, KODE is another door-to-door roofing company chasing business after the storms. I can't speak to their quality as a roofer but only on their overly aggressive sales tactics. In fact, they even told me that roofing is …

Terrible from the top to the bottom. Hired to replace roof/soffit/fascia on my home. Agreed all rotten and damaged wood would be replaced, several areas of rotten plywood and majority of damaged fascia was left on my home. Majority of fascia is crooked and jagged due to not replacing wood, looks horrible. Started the project 8/20/25 and did not finish until 11/17/25. Started without having all materials. Then had to order additional materials after realizing they did not order enough to begin with. Left my home without soffit completely exposed to bugs/animals/weather for nearly 3 months. Damaged my shrubs with ladders during install. Killed part of my lawn from leaving debris piled up for weeks. Unplugged my deep freezer when there were multiple other outlets available and never plugged back in. Lost over 40 lbs of venison/seafood. To be expected, but picked up 4 red solo cups full to the brim with nails from my driveway area. No supervision or inspections of work. PM shows up after project is done to take a couple pictures and grab a signature. With the exception of Julianne, communication on project was basically nonexistent. Needless to say, strongly do NOT recommend this company.

Cold calling. Condescending. I had to actually block the number because my request to no longer receive messages was ignored. This company is over and hour and a half from where I live. If they need business badly enough to try this hard to obtain customers from this distance, they are not someone you can trust. The guy told me not to trust MY roofing company even though I have purchased dozens of roofs from them over the past 15 years for my rentals and flips. He wanted to do an inspection on my brand new roof. Do not trust this company.

We had KODE Construction remodel both our master bathroom and junior master bathroom, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the very beginning, everyone was professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. One thing I really appreciated was how easy they were to have around. There was no loud music, excessive talking, or distractions. Other than the demolition phase, I hardly knew they were here. The quality of the work was outstanding. Every detail was done with care, from the tile work and grout lines to the painting and trim. The finished bathrooms look beautiful and turned out even better than I imagined. What stood out most was the trust factor. Having contractors in your home for several weeks can feel stressful, but KODE made the entire process comfortable. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard every day, cleaned up after themselves, and followed through on their commitments. Ben and Andrew were especially impressive. They worked incredibly well together, paid attention to the details, and showed genuine pride in their work. Their diligence and respect for both us and their employer did not go unnoticed. It's not easy to find contractors who combine craftsmanship, professionalism, and integrity, but that was our experience with KODE Construction. I would absolutely recommend them to family, friends, or anyone looking for a quality remodeling contractor.

KODE Construction Services replaced my concrete tile roof including minor decking and soffit repairs. From the bid to completion of the work I was extremely pleased. Owner David Koler was readily available via his cell phone-and was here in person if necessary. After completion, I got a wind mitigation inspection that saved me 20% on my home owners’ insurance premium- Very reputable contractor.

5 Stars – Highly Recommend KODE Construction! The team over at KODE Construction was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Leo and his crew were incredibly professional and truly went above and beyond for us. Our insurance company was difficult to deal with, but KODE stepped in and handled everything. They were assertive, knowledgeable, and got us approved for a full roof replacement when we thought it wasn’t possible. The crew was A1—showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left our property spotless after the job was done. What really stood out was the follow-up. Leo personally stopped by after the project to make sure we were happy with everything and to answer any questions. That kind of service is rare these days. If Leo or anyone from KODE Construction stops by your home, give them a chance. They offer a free roof inspection and will fight for you every single step of the way. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome! – Howard 5 Stars – Highly Recommend KODE Construction! The team over at KODE Construction was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Shoutout to Kode Construction for absolutely killing it on my roof! These guys were next level awesome. Dustin, my go to rep, was a total rockstar he had my back from start to finish. Anytime I had a question or concern, he was on it, no hesitation. The whole process was crazy smooth, and they got the job done way faster than I expected. Plus, they didn’t cut any corners. it’s quality work, no doubt. What I loved most was how they actually listened to me. I felt like my concerns mattered, and they handled everything like pros. If you’re looking for a construction crew that’s quick, communicative, and just straight up solid, Kode is where it’s at. Highly recommend!
