Don't waste your time in calling this company about leak repairs. They only care about expensive re-roofs. I scheduled an appointment, the guy came for about 15 min said they would send me an estimate and never heard again from them. They may good for re-roofs, but definitely don't care about repairs.

Mr. Parra, We are sorry to hear that you had this experience with our organization. Our estimator was out on Thursday 4/9/26, and gave you a verbal estimate while on site. You should have also received a hard copy of the repair proposal within 2 business days. Due to an error on our end, the hard copy did not reach you until Wednesday 4/15/26. We apologize for this delay, and would like to thank you for bringing this to our attention! We would also like to assure you that we pride ourselves in performing any and all aspects of roofing work, including repairs. We have 20 repair technicians on staff that specialize in repairs exclusively, and taking on repair jobs for leaks and other issues is a major part of our business. We hope that you will take the opportunity to look into our proposal, and give us the chance to change your opinion! Either way, we appreciate your time. Acoma Roofing, Inc.

Terrible driving in Dunedin today. You are driving a big truck please think about the safety of the drivers you are cutting off as you switch lanes 3 times in 10 seconds.

License plate RKZ R80 pulled out in front of me and nearly caused an accident. I had to slam on the brakes and move onto the shoulder to avoid this roofing truck. Luckily the road was dry. This happened on June 28th off route 52 in pasco county. Sadly, public safety takes a back seat to the all mighty $$$ with this company.

After my first review and giving them a good review, I had to withdraw that. The corners on my house were the cut the drip edge ,were not cut right. The valleys were also cut so cooked that it looks like crap, I have a large hump in my roof due to not putting back the H clips that go on the seems of plywood or inproply nailed They also charged 300.00 for 3 sheets of plywood that they changed the first time they did the roof. 10 years prior. We had no leeks. The plywood they used was left over from another job . This is what gets me the plywood is like 46.00 dollars at Lowes or home depot how can they charge that? They also say if you give them a good review, they give you a gift card for somewhere, and we never got it. Now, so you know a little about me and my family. My dad owned a company called T&J Fram and Trim. We built most of the 2 storie homes in old sections of East Lake Woodlands and have done many homes throughout Pinellas County. I myself have worked for different roofing companies in Pinellas County . This was a warrantee job, so they made good money. I also would never use GAF shingles ever again. They are junk. I will be adding photos. They also got nail dabree in my pool, and it put rust stains all through my pool. Along with that, my mother stepped on a nail that was left on the pool deck, and she fell and injured her back. We are very disappointed in the work... luckily for us the roof is still under warranty.... they will never step foot on our roof again... notic how the corners are buckled and look at the hump in the roof. Poor craftsmanship!!! I also noticed that they never replaced rotten wood on the facia. Look how lose the drip edge is from the facia. What gets me is the city of Dunedin. Let this pass an inspection. Makes you wonder about them to...

Mr. Lombardi, I thought we had responded to your issues and completed the work to your satisfaction. I am sorry to hear that you are still not satisfied. Please give us a chance to make it right for you. GAF paid for your new roof due to a defect in the shingles that were installed previously. That in my opinion is very good customer service. They found and issue and gave you an entire new roof at no cost to you. I have been in this industry since 1978 and I have found the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty to be the industries best warranty. Sorry you are so dissatisfied.

Was referred to Acoma and won’t be using them. Asked for 22 feet of flashing removed and fascia replaced, 2 rows of shingles replaced. Got an estimate for $3300!!!!! That’s 3x what the poor flashing job cost to install in the first place. There was extra charges for 18 feet of valley replacement. I never mentioned any issues with the valley and neither of the other companies brought up this “issue”. Beware these guys will upsell big unnecessary jobs.

Dangerous & Unprofessional. I can’t speak to the quality of work since our roof isn’t completed yet. I can say that safety isn’t a priority for them. At a condominium community you can’t have debris raining down in public walkways (without warning), or nails sticking up hiding amongst the grass, or debris scattered around the parking lot or AC units half covered with a piece of plywood not allowing them to breathe. Unacceptable and dangerous.

Edit 7/2026: Had Acoma back out almost 9 years later with a concern of shingle granule loss. We’ve had a few hail storms, the 2 Hurricanes in 2024, and Acoma was excellent in facilitating what needed to be done in order to ensure my home remained protected. They handled the warranty work and were done in a day. Areas I had a few questions or concerns about they came out and addressed next day. Family owned company who cares about the job they do and the reviews they receive and that the homeowner is satisfied. Would use Acoma again and have referred them to others who have also been very happy. (FYI this an unsolicited review) Writing it because I’m impressed with how much I can tell folks like Steve, Santis, Nick, Alex and Bianca care about what they do and how important good roofing is. I needed help after Hurricane Irma. Acoma Roofing came highly recommended from a friend that I trust. Salesman Duane was out promptly to get me a free estimate. This was at a time when all roofing work was at a premium. A lot of people needed help. Acoma was ready to put my roof on in one week. That was before my insurance company could get an adjustor out, so I had to wait. Once I had the OK to proceed, Acoma was able to get my roof addressed within 2 weeks. Whole job was completed in 2 sequential days. I did not need to be there, Inspections were done. Roof looks great. Had a heavy rain already and of course, no issues. Dealt with the President Santis to make sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Warranty, years in the business, and reviews provide me with sound peace of mind for this significant investment. I am very happy and feel like if there were ever to be an issue, they would stand behind their work and address it.

Wonderful customer service. The guys they sent out to our house were knowledgeable, personable, efficient, didn't leave a mess, and were just a delight. They showed up exactly when they said and even called ahead to let us know they were on the way. I would absolutely recommend them.

When we learned many homes in our neighborhood had roof damage from a hail storm while we were away for the summer. A variety of roofing companies came knocking on our door. Instead of using an unknown entity, we contacted Acoma Roofing. They had put our roof on in 2004 and had done some repairs since. We trusted them, especially knowing they were locally owned, a long-standing family company. After confirming our roof was damaged, they helped us coordinate with our homeowners insurance company. When they discovered that in addition to the roof damage from the storm, we also had some issues with our chimney (not storm related), we trusted they knew what they were doing to execute the necessary repairs. Their staff communicated with us each step of the way. The workers were dedicated and cleaned up each day. We highly recommend Acoma.

I’m a resident of a condo complex that Acoma Roofing is currently working on. I have to tell you that your guys go to work fast, climb ladders and work at an amazing speed. They clean up at the end of the day and also take the time to let us know when our air will be back on which we really appreciate. They really work hard, are a great crew and do a great job.

I appreciated two things about Acoma roofing co. First, they cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day (which was no small task). Also, I had a skylight put in and one of the on-site foremen actually came into my home and was very courteous and personally made sure the skylight was in and secure, and the debris was completely cleaned up. Nice job Acoma, and thank you.

I just had my 22-year-old concrete tile roof replaced. I had a recommendation from a builder who had used Acoma Roofing on his own home. My next-door neighbor, another contractor, told me he enjoyed watching the process on my house and called it a 'work of art.' I was very favorably impressed by the professionalism of everyone from the craftsmen, the sales staff, the owner, and the office staff. The new roof was supposedly a copy of the old one, but the obvious better quality, craftsmanship, and appearance of the new one is remarkable. Highly recommended.
