  You totally misrepresented yourself. You called on the phone and said that the insurance company authorized you to put a tarp on my roof. This was a lie. The insurance company said they never spoke with you. So if you’re looking for money for me, forget it and if you continue, I’ll turn this over to an attorney

  We were sorry to receive your review. We were in-fact requested by your insurance company to contact you and provide a tarp following Hurrican Milton and we spoke on 11/9. You indicated that your roofer and adjuster both indicated that you needed a tarp, and you signed a work authorization allowing us to do so... And we did. We were paid directly from your insurance company in January. We are not looking for any money from you, and I'm sorry if we miscommunicated our intent.   Good2Go was hired by our insurance. They tarped our roof. Roof was still leaking afterwards and work had to be redone by another company.

  Robert, we appreciate your feedback however, I would encourage you to check your records as our assignment from the carrier was for the re-tarp of your home. We were not the original tarp installer. If there was an issue, we would have been more than happy to correct any deficiencies but we were not notified. We hope you will consider revising your review.

  First of all, thank you for responding so quickly and after-hours to boot. I can’t say I’m surprised because every communication with your company has exceeded my expectations. Also, I appreciate your clarification on the reason that a permit for the roof on my house is not needed. I continue to recommend your company each and every time I read about someone in need of an excellent roofing company on Nextdoor, Facebook and other areas of my community. Keep up the great work and customer service. You are a rare gem and this comes from someone that has had nothing but headaches dealing with contractors over the past year. I truly appreciate you! For those of you needing a super roofing contractor that goes above and beyond for their customers, look no further. After Hurricane Milton last year, parts of my home was basically destroyed. As was all who were affected, I was distraught. I called my insurance company and they recommended Good2Go (G2G) roofing. From the very start, they were terrific. They had my roof blue-tarped the next day and within a week, they rescinded it in cobalt blue. How they were able to get the material, manpower and scheduling space in such quick turnaround time, I have no idea but I’m not one to look a gift horse in the mouth. And also, the price was much more reasonable than I expected and since my insurance company vouched for them, I felt safe hiring them and I’m so glad I did! If you decide to hire them, tell Steve I said “Hi” and thanks for the peace of mind” amidst the storm!
