  Mr. Miller, We sincerely apologize that your experience with our company did not meet your expectations. We would like to provide some clarification regarding the services we provided. Our team arrived immediately after the storm, completed a full inspection, and tarped your roof at no charge. We also met with your insurance adjuster at the scheduled inspection, provided the requested siding sample, and secured that section with a tarp as well. Following the inspection, the insurance report determined that the siding was a match. Unfortunately, Indiana is not a “matching state,” which means insurance carriers are not required to replace undamaged siding if a match is found. Additionally, the roof sustained only minimal damage to one slope. While we understand your concerns about hail, there has not been a recorded hail event in your area for over a year, which prevents filing a valid claim. Please know that all of these temporary repairs, inspections, and insurance meetings were done at no cost to you. No signed agreement was ever in place requiring you to move forward with TDS Restoration for additional work. We take pride in helping homeowners through the claims process and regret that you feel dissatisfied.   We called TDS on a Saturday morning after waking up to ceiling water damage due to an overnight storm. Troy made an emergency visit to our home within an hour of our call and determined the cause of the leak was around our chimney. He quickly sealed it to stop the leaking. His response time, knowledge and honesty were incredible.
