  Great job,showed up at scheduled time,crew was kind,courteous and straight to the job at hand.Roof looked fabulous when completed.Clean up was superb in and around flower beds.I was impressed with total job,well done.I would recommend Dane Contracting/Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof for house or garage,at a fair price

  Called due to storm damage. With more rain in the forecast we needed it at least checked. They answered and said that they would send a text to the roofer. I called back about an hour later and was told that the person was notified and would call before coming. Well they never called or showed up! At least a call saying they were too busy to get here would have been nice! So guess what there will be no call next time!.... Response to your response. No when i called the second time and asked the person answering the phone if she got ahold of whomever she past my information on to her response was yes she sent a text and i would be called before they come. At no point was i advised that you were covered up and it may not be for 2 days or more. If i would have been told that it would likely be Monday i would not have left the review. Communication is everything and when you are worried about your property being further damaged a simple answer on your end would have been. "Sorry we are very busy and it may be a day or two. Please call us back if you still need our assistance early next week" .

  Greg, we are sorry our response time didn't meet your expectations. You called twice on Saturday after 4pm and were informed that we were busy helping others who had called before you, as well as advised you that it may be a good idea to call around just to see if someone could get to you sooner. We reached back out to you first at 8am on the Monday after Easter to see if your roofing issue had been solved. In the meantime, you decided to leave a negative review. Sometimes, a little grace or patience is required when so many here locally have been affected by recent storms. Although we didn't contract your roof installation, it appears to have been replaced recently. I am left to wonder why the company you hired didn't fix the issue under their warranty.

  New roof has never been corrected. they've been out 2 or 3 times fixing this roof over last 11 years and now don't want to fix a leak that's on their roof.lifetime shingles they installed. apparently lifetime warranty means nothing ...$26000 later. all i need know is where the leak is

  David William & Dave Isabelle, First off, left me say I am sorry your roof is still leaking after I came out last week. As manager over our Anderson district for the last 8 years, I took your FIRST request to address this roof while out of town with family. I kept you informed and promptly scheduled a time to address the situation upon my return. Since you are a customer, I came out to try a simple "free" solution of inspecting all the problem areas from the rooftop. I sealed any loose shingles, fixed multiple nail pops, sealed the chimney and any exposed nails... then suggested the gutters be cleaned of any debris. (You thanked me with a 5 star review) Although your roof was past our 5-year labor warranty, I did offer to return with some helpers and "take a bigger bite of the apple" if it leaked again. When contacted after Sunday's rain and learning that one of the three areas leaked again... I mentioned I needed to bring Dane up to speed since our workmanship guarantee is expired. We offered a service call price of $750 to return with 2 extra workers, inspect the roof and attic space, diagnose the issue, and use your leftover shingles to address the leak. We never got a commitment that you would pay our service call so that I could pay the team. Then, you decided to leave negative reviews as if that makes the situation any better. THE LIFETIME WARRANTY is through the manufacturer, and with your proof of purchase... you can pursue that direction.

  I had a roof leak from recent storms and contacted Dane Contracting to come out and give me a quote. They were in contact with me within minutes and were out at the house the following day and fixed my leak. Great communication, great pricing, and fast. My new go-to roofers.

  Jeremiah went out of his way to give me a visit of a leak repair in a few spots. Easy fix, gave me a quick fix and gave me a roof assessment and a new replacement cost. Very thorough, timely, and much needed help. I will be using them for my future roof

  The quote process was fast and east. Game day, his crew showed up at 7am and was completed with a large roof by 4pm same day. That included all of the cleanup and some extra work around the windows and gutters. I would recommend them to anyone.

  I highly recommend Dane Roofing! After the last storm, I had several shingles blow off my roof. I called Dane Roofing, and Jeremiah returned my call promptly. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything, which I really appreciated. The crew came out quickly, replaced the missing shingles, and didn't stop there—they also inspected my entire roof and even checked my attic to make sure there wasn't any additional damage. Their honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in their work. I was so impressed with the experience that I have already hired them for additional work to install a new attic fan, and they'll be coming back soon to complete that project. I highly recommend Dane Roofing to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding customer service. If I ever need roofing work again, they'll be the first company I call.
