Never received the estimate. Guess the job was too small for them.

Kathy we would rather not get involved with litigation about the problems with your new home. We also do roof inspections and could have prevented some of the problems your having before purchasing. I'm sorry you assumed the job was too small as we do small repairs regularly. Our previous correspondence you informed us there was an active leak and agreed to the $75 service call. The information you provided was misleading, had you explained the situation beforehand you could have saved us both valuable time. The rating you gave is hardly fair considering it doesnt reflect our workmanship or pricing. Again we would like to welcome you to the neighborhood its truly a blessing to have such a sweet family close.

Sunrise came to our house to measure for an estimate for a new roof. We didn't receive anything in-hand before he left and was told we'd get an estimate via email. We never received one. A complete waste of our time. One thing I should note; the estimator seemed very concerned that our home is inside city limits and permits would be required. That seemed strange to me. A genuine contractor shouldn't have any concerns over permits.

  Reply from the business

Asking if a home is in city limits is a legitimate question so we know what permits are necessary. We were experiencing problems with our new program at the time and our estimates are emailed. Those issues have been resolved, we do apologize for any confusion. Strange who you are connected with and why we were notified. I recommend that you try to find the Light, darkness is not rewarding. It is Not A Poore World, this is God's World.

Had a old rubber roof on the back of my house. Called a couple companies, almost went with another until Sunrise called back and gave a much more reasonable quote. I might add Jason seemed more knowledgeable about what would work best for my addition. I went with a white roof and the temperature difference inside the roof from previous years is night and day. Stays much cooler in there now. I highly recommend Sunrise Roofing.

We have a rental real estate company providing property management for several properties. Sunrise Roofing has installed roofs for us for both commercial and residential needs and they have done an excellent job. We believe they provide good quality solutions for a good value and they have been professional, responsive and on-time for each job. I would highly recommend them.

Jason and his crew recently did repair on my wood siding for wood rot. I will say they were exceptional with the care they took to match the wood siding and especially with matching the paint color. Jason and and his crew were very polite and made sure that I was happy with the job they did. I will definitely call on them again should the need arise. Great job Jason and thank you. Terese J
