Carlos was suggested by a friend to me. I had been dealing with a local roofing company who took DAYS to respond to me, wouldn't follow through or when they said they would come by other than the initial estimate. I had even left a check for them to come pick up and they never did.. After 2+ weeks of waiting on responses from that company, I reached out to Carlos and he was happy to do it. Carlos was quick and impromptu with checking my roof. I had water coming in after a few storms and needed it done. Carlos' communication was great, answered questions whether via text or email, there were no hidden fees or add one that I wasn't expecting. He communicated with me along the way what extra things I might need to fix up front so they weren't surprises. Carlos' crew was at my house bright and early before the sun was up, and cleaned up and gone before I got home from work. They picked up everything in the yard and around the house so well I wouldn't have even known they were there. ( I've had my siding done years ago by someone else who left scrap siding, nails etc. in my flower bed, driveway and around the house.) I sincerely appreciated his communication, his honesty, his timeliness, how quick and through everything was done. His crew was professional, prompt and did great work. The quality of the roof and work done is definitely 10/10. I also sprung on him adding a vent from the attic to outside for my bathroom and kitchen fans, he was happy to fulfill the request. His pricing was very reasonable as well!

I used this company for roofs on two separate houses. They did a great job. Showed up when expected, cost was very reasonable, cleaned everything up, communicated well and respected my properties. I would definitely hire them again.

Carlos and his team arrived at the time he said and they did a tear off and replacement roof on my house and mini barn. These people were very friendly, very professional and you could tell they take a lot of pride in what they do. I highly recommend. A 5 star rating for sure. Everything was cleaned up as if they were never here.
