We filed a claim with our insurance company to have our roof fixed. They sent their adjuster out who did his estimate and we were sent a check for the expenses. They told us our next step would be to find a roofing company to come out an do quote, so we googled roofing companies near us and found TCR. They came out, looked at our roof, and told us to email them copies of our adjusters estimate and they would get the quote back to us in a few days. That was 4 months ago and we have not heard back from them. We tried reaching out to them, twice by email and 3 times by phone....and nothing! Thanks for wasting our time! We will definitely be looking elsewhere!

I take my time when it comes to selecting anyone to complete an important job on my house. In the past I've compared 10+ businesses before selecting a company to complete work. When the significant hail storm occurred in Denton, I was weary with the process of selecting a roofer. When there are so many to choose from, it can be a daunting task. My family and friends usually just ask me who I used because they know I've done the research. TCR Roofing landed right in the middle of the pack when it came to the companies I compared. They didn't have a marketing folder or pen to leave with me and they didn't just scribble some stuff on a pad to leave with me either. Joseph was extremely patient as I took my time to choose a company. The work on my roof was completed in one-day. The crew was on time, had the right materials that I chose and got the work done. They sent me pictures through out the day updating me on the progress of the roof. What impressed me the most was Joseph coming back to my house days later to resweep my yard. I had already paid him in full and the job was done. He came back as a courtesy on his own. This guy cares about his reputation and it's clear with the reviews he has received. I don't usually take so much time to write a review, but this business owner is hands down one I recommend to my family and friends. He is also a Denton resident which is reassuring. If I ever have a problem with my roof, I trust he is just a phone call away.

Joseph and his crews are great. They did a repair on my roof last year, and then we got hit by a hail storm. They replaced the entire roof quickly and it looks great. No leaks, and no debris left around the house. Great job! Thanks.

TCR Roofing was great to me and my family. When my home needed a new roof, they explained everything ahead of time. No surprises. They were patient with me when I couldn't decide on the roof and gutter finish. They gave me the time I needed to make the right decision for me. Once they started, my roof was complete in no time. Everything was great. I recommend TCR Roofing for your roof, gutters and other services. It was a great experience and I am happy with the end result.
