I called to schedule an appointment for a roof replacement estimate which was then scheduled for a few days later. They requested I be there for it, which is fine (I am still in process of purchasing the home but have a closing date). I called 30 minutes prior to the appointment to double check that my appointment was still confirmed for that date and time since I was driving from a different city. The very sweet admin confirmed it. I showed up early and waited for an hour past my scheduled appointment time. No one called, no one texted, and no one ever showed up. Absolutely unacceptable and very surprising since the reviews are great for this company. I obviously went with someone else who did bother to show up and was on time.

Nick came out to look at our roof on 6/22. He did not look in our attic for water damage and we were told we could probably wait to fix it because the "wind probably blew a different way during a storm", I'm not entirely sure how accurate that is, especially for concerned homeowners that have water stains coming through our bedroom ceiling & water in our attic that looks to have accumulated over time. We were supposed to receive a quote by Friday 6/24 and have not heard anything. Many of the other companies we had come out were able to get us a quote within a day or two and have been on top of communication. We wanted to use a Denton based company and were disappointed.

We worked with Tom at Presidio roofing. He was courteous and informative during the entire process of our Roof claim. The roof and gutters were replaced carefully and look beautifully done. Our neighbor even commented how beautiful the roof looks.

Presidio Roofing Company of Denton did a fantastic job repairing our roof. We had several shingles coming up, and Josh, our Project Manager, came out the same day we called. Since a storm was coming that night, he made a temporary repair to protect the roof until their technician could come out a couple of days later to replace the damaged shingles. Josh also used a drone and walked the roof to inspect things and found several areas where our builder’s roofer hadn’t secured the shingles properly. We already suspected the builder’s roofer hadn’t done the best job, so we were glad Josh confirmed it. The owner, Nick, came out with Josh the next day to meet with us. When the technician arrived, he replaced the damaged shingles, secured others that needed it, and later came back to paint our downspouts and vent covers to match the roof—something the builder hadn’t done. The price Josh quoted us upfront was exactly what we paid at the end, which we really appreciated. It was very fair. I highly recommend Presidio Roofing Company of Denton. They’re reputable, prompt, and do excellent work. Everyone we’ve worked with has been professional and easy to work with.
